Hot days 100+F, AC was marginal, stop working number of times. They had to bring us the table fan to put in the room after paying ~5000 INR per day for AC room. There was a wedding in premises, staff was fully occupied with that no attention to Other guests. We had to call front desk 15 Minutes in advance to start the hot water heater every time before taking a shower. The fridge didn’t cool anything not even water bottles. The entire hotel had mosquito repellent spell in the hallways and no AC in lobby. The elevator was joke, too small and too hot for such sunny days. Overall not a single thing that was good! Had to Request same thing multiple times with the staff, no attention to details. When we complained about all of this, hire just keep saying sorry with no correction.

The staff is not courteous. The water pressure was not adequate in bathing area.

This is a beautiful hotel with lovely rooms and amenities. The staff are abundantly helpful, courteous, and provide exceptional service. I highly recommend this lovely hotel.

Nice stay. All facilities are good. Clean and neat. They did not sanitize my luggage

It was really a very nice hotel.stay ,service and ambience were very good. Visitors are advised to confirm with respective hotel on issues like checkout time ,airport pickup/drop and complimentary breakfast as they may vary from your understanding while booking on sites like hotels.com as they are ambiguous and misleading. I have personally experienced above issues but front office staff addressed them.
