Worst experience, poorly maintained, right next to road, lot of noise even at mid night. TV doesn’t work, no tissue papers in rooms. No toilet papers in washroom. Overall a miserably bad experience. The pictures shown are of the ground floor but they send you first floor where rooms are small and filthy.

I would not recommend using this company or staying in this flat. The women running the company has no idea on how to be professional or give good customer service. Our bathroom was black and mouldy! We wanted a double bed for our romantic trip away and got two uneven beds pushed together with a head board that wasn't even connected. The fridge and freezer were smashed in. The flat was filthy. No hot water. Cobwebs hanging from the lighting. Awful.

I don't know what people are talking about when they're complaining about this suite. Everything was great! The host was welcoming and friendly. I'll be sure to come here again on my next trip to London and bring my family along.

Lovely little loft apartment that we stayed in. Apartment was immaculate. Almost like a home from home. Cannot fault and would definitely book again.
