Spacious room, good staff...arrive early, hotel staff can accept luggage storage 👍🏼

Strategic location. 10 minutes walking from Kawaguchiko Station. Clean room, good Wi-Fi, very helpful staff. Direct view of Mount Fuji.

The hotel is comfortable, but when I went there it was snowing heavily so I checked out before it was time to check out. But the hotel service is very good.

it was a great stay here. about 15min walk from kawaguchiko station and there is shuttle bus that will take you to and pick you up from kawaguchiko Station (at specific time), I'm travelling with kids and this facility is what I'm thankful for the most. the room is quite spacious for Japanese standard. the water power is so great. heater works really well. the receptionist gave clear information in english. I came to the hotel at 2pm, despite the check in time they give me the room instead because it was cleaned already. will recommend Sawa to others who wants to explore fujikawaguchiko!

Clean rooms with coin-operated laundry machines are on the 2nd floor. In front of the hotel, Huij San view is very beautiful. After the room, you can see Fuji San. The service staff is very good. There is a pick-up service from Kawaguchiko Station. With Toyota Alparts

Beautiful view, big bed, modest bed, 2 people, comfortable, not too narrow. There is a dining table. There is a dishwasher convenient.

Far enough from the station, the children stayed with the cas 1000 yen. Breakfast is also normal and is also included
