Pretty good stay experience. Clean n free parking. Close to many restaurants and shopping area, it is a great location.

Location is good, but the room is not clean. I found some hair on the towel and in the drawer.

It's a hotel with no front desk, but however, you have everything you need already. Plus if you really have an urgent situation, you can still reach them through phone call and they'll assist you immediately. Not to mention the great location of this hotel. With the great price they offer, this place can't go wrong.

Although it's a no front desk smart hotel, they still provide house keeping everyday. Also, if you have any needs, just contact them through Expedia and they usually response within 3 mins. I had to borrow an extension

Contacted the hotel for 2 single bed instead of a double bed but there was no reply from them and never got back to me

This what I would call a self service hotel. With only house keeping staff everything is self service, from check in to check out. Laundry is limited with only 2 washers and 1 dryer located on level 3. Everything is basic. Spoke to the house keeping lady, she is really helpful and friendly. if you are looking for a no fuss hotel. this is it. located near cafes area good value.

Overall this hotel is decent. It is fairly clean with the proper amenities. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom is sizeable. The sink is outside the bathroom, which was a different experience. However, make sure to check your e-mail for the room number and code because this hotel has no check-in staff. You would be locked out from the entrance if you didn't know the code. It was basically a help-yourself kind of thing. We only stayed for one night so I'm not sure how the housekeeping routine works.

剛進門時有一股異味,冷氣開下去運轉後味道才慢慢消除, 房間真的很小,一人出差還可以

房間隔音不好，走廊無通風，有很大的異味😞，廁所抽風很差😣，有待加強

地點方便，房間內乾淨無異味，浴室水壓及熱水很強，附近有配合的停車場很方便
