The room was basic and in fair condition but what made this a very nice stay was the friendliness and welcome I received when arriving. They even kept the kitchen open a few more minutes for me as I arrived just the dining was finishing. The meal was superb and they have a good selection of wines. The hotel site was conveniently located and reasonably well maintained. This is a recommended stay.

The buffet breakfast was excellent. Offered homemade items. The room very small but very comfortable. The decor was in good taste.

Very convenient for our journey. Staff has been conscious enough to call us with check-in instructions and it eent very smoothly as well as the check out. Clean, comfortable bed and a hot shower is all you need on a long journey.

Great hotel, we had a family room which was spacious and very comfortable. Really friendly staff, very helpful. We don’t have a car but used public buses to get into Biarritz and to San Sebastián. Would recommend

The staff was friendly and the family room was great for 5 people. We enjoyed the morning breakfast with many sweet and salty options.

Positive: Bidart location good for Bayonne, Bidart, Biarritz, St Jean de Luz quick drives. Easy parking next to entrance. Quiet, super cool air conditioning for hot days. Great buffet breakfast. Very clean, practical rooms, comfortable beds To prepare for: Tight, although very well designed room space. Almost cruise ship scheme Summary: Fasthotel does provide and comply with the benefits of comfortable beds, great room climate, very clean baths, quiet environment, parking, good breakfat buffett, and expedient access to the beach towns.

Stayed with 3 kids and our dog on drive down to Spain. Plenty parking, friendly welcome, excellent evening meal and breakfast and a large comfortable family room. Can’t fault it!

We had a one night stopover on route back to the UK. An ideal place to stay, just off the autoroute. A welcoming receptionist and clean, modern and comfortable room.

Friendly service, clean room, small but comfy. Needed a bit of dusting around the tele, and shower head was a bit low but pressure was great. For the price, it’s a win for a stay over en route. Dog friendly and nice grassy area for them to stretch.

Lovely welcome after a long drive. Our bedroom was perfect having our two dogs with us, enabling us to take them out & walk around without going through the hotel. Evening meal was superb with the added treat of a free Christmas glass of fizz. Thank you for a great overnight stay.

Good place to stop , short distance to sea, breakfast available reasonable cost, we had the evening meal which was excellent. The best gin and tonic display mix I have had for sometime complete with juniper berries! Recommended hotel
