This is an old facility which needs updating of infrastructure. WiFi extremely slow and gets cut off all the time.

All the staff of front desk cannot speak English. I have tried to use mobile google translate my words into Japanese. It usually works at local restaurants and shops in Japan. So I was very disappointed that the staff of this hotel can not understand the Japanese translated from google at all. When I checked in, I received a notice of general information in English. As per the notice that late check out as per request, so I called front desk to ask for late check out at 12:00 noon. However when I checked out, I was asked to pay ¥500/hour for late charges. The extra charges was not that much but I was not informed beforehand. I believe it is the responsibility of the hotel to explain to the hotel guest for any extra charges that to be incurred. I won’t suggest to stay at this hotel.

スタッフの良さ

名鉄岐阜駅近くで良い。

隣の音が良くも悪くも丸聞こえにて、壁が薄いのかも？

ビジネスホテルとしては、コストパフォーマンスは良い。 夜間も比較的静かで良かった。

ビジネス向け。　朝食サービスも上質でした。

部屋がめっちゃ広くて過ごしやすかった。

清潔な客室、利便性が良い

スタッフも丁寧でお部屋も居心地良かったです✨

全体的によかったです

普通によかった。 照明の調節に苦労した。

シャワーのお湯が直ぐ出てきて快適でした。

ビジネス系のホテルには珍しく２足制？でした。床はフローリング。駐車場も地下にもあり、バイクには優しかったです。 朝食バイキングはスタンダードな品揃え。まんぞくできるものでした。

使い捨てのスリッパも置いてくれてました

今回宿泊して気に入らんところを羅列する エレベーター内が薄暗くて気持ち悪い 風呂　トイレが古い　 便座が冷たいコレ最悪 隣か廊下かわからないが声が聞こえる エアコン温度調整できない ええところ ツインのシングルユース利用したがお値段安い 古いけど広いし結構綺麗にしてた

ドアを入って靴を脱ぐスペースがあり、スリッパに履き替えリラックス出来ました。 バスタブも足を伸ばして入れて、大浴場が無くても快適に入浴ができました。 飲食店も回りに沢山あるので、立地は良いです。 以前直接予約して時は、駐車料無料でしたが、今回は1000円支払ったのが予定外でした。

周囲に飲食店やコンビニが沢山あり、良かった
