Located in a nice and quiet location. Room has all the facilities but the lack of a fan or a AC assuming Queenstown is always cold was a bit uncomfortable as we ended up with a hot evening and unable to keep windows open fearing bugs since being bitten enough by sand flies already. An option could be to install fly nest so that we can keep windows open if it is hot inside. The bathroom requires its floor level to be adjusted as water is not draining properly. TV was not functioning for all the 3 nights.

Fabulous tucked away property right in the city center where you can walk to anything at all needed. It offers private and easy parking. We loved that we could conveniently launder our clothes as well . It was a friendly and easy check in and out with a smile along with a small bottle of milk for our coffee. Thanks!
