Internet was horrible

Upon arrival, the front desk attendee could not locate the reservation I made through Expedia. Fortunately, they had availability, so, they offered me an upgrade for a few extra USD per night. I stayed in one of their King rooms that faced the street and had a balcony. Other than the noise from the street, inside the hotel was quiet. The room, bathroom, and communal spaces were clean and tidy. The staff members were kind, communicative, and informational. You can walk anywhere in San Cristobal, but the location is perfect, within a two blocks of the Cathedral and Center. I would stay there again.

I had a lovely stay at this small boutique guesthouse/hotel. The rooms were large, very clean, hot showers with good pressure, heating, comfy bed, quiet for sleeping, zen shared space and overall friendly staff. Location is a block off the main square and easy walking distance to nearly all. Value for quality was good. Thanks!

Room was huge with beautiful furnishings. Staff was helpful with transportation and the breakfast was very good too.

The hotel was well presented. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was adequate and filling. Wifi was good.

The staff was super helpful. Everyone at the hotel was so kind and assisted me in every way possible. They have a small restaurant in the hotel with breakfast which is included in the price. The Decour of the hotel is lovely and the room was beautifully appointed. Because of the kind attention from stuff I would stay there again in a heartbeat. Also, it is located in the historic area of the city and is only minutes away from everything you would want to see or need. I enjoyed my stay and the stuff also was very Attentive in cleaning and keeping my room. Neat during my stay of several days.

Desde que llegas, hasta que te retiras te tratan excelente todos sus empleados son excelentes personas siempre atentos por Si tienes alguna duda o requieres alguna recomendación tanto para ir a comer algún lugar o tomar algunos que están al rededor de la Ciudad san Cristobal de las casas. Espero volver pronto y poder estar ahí de nuevo saludos a todo su personal.

The price is a bit confusing as large rooms are the same as small rooms. I asked about monthly discounts and not much. I stayed another week because the staff was excellent at every level. Perfect 5☆

Peace and quiet staffing was excellent an very friendly

Excellent location walking distance to the center and many restaurants. Front desk personnel very friendly. The breakfast was very random almost same every day. I have to have breakfast somewhere else on my last day. They wanted to charge me if I wanted milk for my coffee . I rented the cabana which have drainage smell, it’s to small and no cable on the TVs.

Muy a gusto el hotel

It's a small cozy place, really nice. You can rest and the privacy is awesome. I will go back on my next trip to San Cristobal. So close to downtown and the amenities that you won't miss anything. I loved their security measures and their room policies. I've found the place for me to stay.

It's a hostal, but it's relatively well kept, clean, and in a good area. I'm leaving a low review because the description said that we would have a private bathroom. There's only one room that does. Our room was tiny, so as a couple it was hard to unpack our stuff. It might be ok if you're single and traveling alone.

Very good experience, very helpful front desk (Sr. Carlos). Close to downtown, just keep on mind, there is not television, but since you only need sleep and go it is ok.

Bathroom is lacking - there were no shower curtains and no hangers or shelves to hang clothes or a towel.

Hotel does not have any signs outside indicating , i dont know why. The onlybvisible name is a tiny strip of paper unddr the front door bell ring. Hotel is very central, clean, staff js super, just be mindful of convsrsations out in the lobby area late at night, since its a couryars, everyone can hear,
