I had two bookings on this hotel. First time the experience was great. Check-in was very slow but the hotel is nice. Rooms were nice and clean and the breakfast buffet was great. We also ordered dinner and was great as well. Hotel is a bit far from the city but it is halfway between city and airport. On the second booking a week later we arrived at the hotel very late and there was no rooms available! The staff was rude but a manager came down and quickly booked a room and a taxi for us at another nearby hotel which was super nice. Though it was upsetting to get there and find no availability after I had booked through Expedia, they did find a solution for us.

Hotel is clean and room is spacious. Hotel is located in the outskirts of the city. Taxi is not easily available. Need to take bus from the hotel which is about 200m to the bus-stop to get to the city or to the nearest HHU/FOCHENGXILU Metro Station to get around. The HHU Metro Station is only 5 stations away from the Lukou International Airport.
