I went there with my brother and we both loved it. Stunning property, wonderful atmosphere and great location - it's so easy to get around from there whether you feel like walking or just taking Uber. The place around the property was also beautiful offering marvellous views. Staff was very friendly and not to mention the food... DELICIOUS. One of the best breakfasts buffets I've ever had in hotels - and the ladies offer to cook something hot to it whether it's sausages, omelette, scrambled eggs. Would definitely recommend.

Nice location and views 30 minutes walk from the Center. Bathroom door made by glass ( no privacy).. Wi-Fi wasn’t very good. Nice double bed but single duvets. Breakfast tasty and fresh with good selections. There is 2 saunas that need to book before use.. unfortunately we was not able to use the full facility as we made bookings no towels,, no staff who is look after need attention, infrasauna not working switch is broken,the ice bucket handle and refill system was not functioning. Staff/team very helpful and kind.

Very friendly and helpful staff, especially the Gentleman in reception. Breakfast was delicious and the Catering staff were attentive.Room was very clean and excellent shower/bathroom.

You have to pay for everything separately. This town loves overcharging you. Whatever your price is online is not true to the amount you actually end up paying. Whole town is just a bunch of scammers.

Place looks just like the pictures and exceeded expectations. Very quiet area with lovely balcony and sauna. Breakfast and parking were also good. Highly recommend.

I had only one night. Room was ok but very hot. Breakfast was good. Towels were very bad. Clean but old and very uncomfortable. You guys need to change that only one thing.

The hotel is really nice and the staff is very friendly and polite. Everything is extremely clean and taken care of. The only thing I'd point that can improve is the temperature in the rooms, sometimes it can be too warm.

We stayed at Biala Owca only for one night. The overal experience was fine. The only problem was wrong information at hotels.com- the facility is rated like 5 stars hotel but it was a guest house not a hotel!!! Bear in mind that if you like to stay at hotel. The service was ok, the room with double bed and spacious bathroom was clean. The breakfast was included and good. Sauna was open from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. and previous reservation was needed.

Great, quiet location near hiking trails. Loved the decor, the breakfast was amazing and they have a sauna! Staff was exceptional, definitely recommend!

Located on the edge of National Park, with stunning views. I reccomend room with a view and balcony. Distance to Krupowki is about 25min by walk but if you come to to the mountains that distance should not scare you. Rooms can be a bit on a smaller side, on the other hand bathrooms are very spacious. Total of 3 floors, be aware there is no lift.

It's located on a very quiet rural road. The room has two balconies, one off the bathroom and a larger off the bedroom. It has beautiful views of the Tatras Mountains. They serve a full breakfast in the morning including eggs. This is not a hotel, in the traditional sense. The front desk is not attended 24/7, but the building, dining and rooms are all extremely clean and well maintained. I would definitely stay here again.

The only part of our stay that did not go well was the check in process which was done by phone. We had a Polish sim card in our phone but for some reason, it did not work. Thankfully, another guest happened to come by and call for us. After that, it was a complete pleasure to stay here! The owner was super friendly and helpful. The "white sheep" decorations really made for a fun and friendly atmosphere! Also, the included breakfast had good quality food and a great service staff :)

Welcoming athmospere really love it . Not 24 h recipient but easy to contact. Room is so amazing just missing sound proof. Balcony is just waw and cozy. Breakfast is just local way and tasty although it's not that big. They have limited rooms just how waw it is. Transportation in the area is was around 20 local currency which was just bit high and to the cable care cost me by taxi around 35. Will come back if I planned to the same area..
