Thank you for reserving a room at Serenity by the Sea. You reserved a room for 2 people, however, you arrived with 3 adults and 1 child. We explained to you that all of you could not fit into a 2 person room so we offered a Triple Room but it would cost a little more. You finally agreed to our solution and made no complaints. Then very early the following morning you were asked to lower the volume of noise that you were making as we had other guests who were sleeping. Maybe you took offense to this but did finally adhere to our request. I don't understand why one guest would complain about our fastidiousness, that is, cleanliness whilst 99.9% of our guests welcome and approve of it.
