Book hotel because it is highly appreciated by everyone, upon arrival, the hotel is extremely cute, the bedroom is clean and neat, the swimming pool is green. Especially the owners (foreigners and Vietnamese) are super friendly and enthusiastic. I will definitely come back next time because of the super good service 😊

A beautiful, clean, friendly hotel. Located in the center near the restaurants. Breakfast dishes are made by the hotel's owner. Good security, my family is very satisfied.

I spent a wonderful vacation here. The owner and his wife are very warm and hospitable. It feels like in my family. Breakfast is simple but very delicious. Clean room. Exquisite decoration. Next time you come to Phan Thiet, you will still choose this place as a stopover!

Clean and comfortable rooms! The hotel is small so it is quite quiet, the manager is a foreigner so the style is polite and friendly! Although there is a sea view, the beach at the hotel cannot bathe but has to go about 3km. The western-style breakfast should be mostly bread. Clean, warm swimming pools are always very comfortable

Thank you for taking the time to write a review and for your kind words. Two points I will disagree on are firstly breakfast is not mostly bread. We have many choices such as Pho Bo, Meatballs, English Breakfast ect ect. Secondly, we do occasionally lose beach when the weather is rough or we have king tides. When that happens there is a swimmable beach about 300 meters further along. Thank you again. John

Thank you for reserving a room at Serenity by the Sea. You reserved a room for 2 people, however, you arrived with 3 adults and 1 child. We explained to you that all of you could not fit into a 2 person room so we offered a Triple Room but it would cost a little more. You finally agreed to our solution and made no complaints. Then very early the following morning you were asked to lower the volume of noise that you were making as we had other guests who were sleeping. Maybe you took offense to this but did finally adhere to our request. I don't understand why one guest would complain about our fastidiousness, that is, cleanliness whilst 99.9% of our guests welcome and approve of it. Kind Regards, John

I have a very comfortable vacation, the hotel has a very clean and beautiful private beach, the saltwater pool overflows close to the border is clean and very nice. Mr. Mistress is very pleasant and enthusiastic, will definitely recommend it to friends

Gentle among the beautiful and famous resort hotels in Phan Thiet, however, Serenity still has its own soft, charming, friendly and warm features. I and my family had a very comfortable stay, feeling close to home.

I had an awesome stay with my husband and my uncle. The room is clean and spacious for 3 adults. The owner and staff is super friendly, we had a little chat and they took care of the guest very well. We've been recommended a seafood restaurant and had a great night there. I would highly recommend this property if you visit Phan Thiet with family or going by couples. Love their decoration and their nice guesture. Definitely coming back in future.
