Great staff ideal for short break in Madrid central to all the attentions

Great location and very cooperative staff

Room was small but had everything we needed. The hostal was clean and the location was fantastic.

Rooms were very clean as well as common area and walking distance (less then 15 min) walk to everything

They didn't give me the room shown in the photo, which was larger and had two windows. They gave me a small room with very small beds. And the elevator was too small, so my suitcases could barely fit.

Very good location, within a block of Gran Via and close to 3 metro stations. The street where it is located is relatively quiet compared to others near it, where you find plenty of commerce and dining. The place is very clean and the staff is friendly and helpful

The host, Javie, was such a delight! He was friendly and met us when we checked in. The room was very clean and quite since we had the inner room. The location is perfect. Near metro and all the popular tourist sites. Also, the price was perfect for what you get. I highly recommend this place if you are on a budget and want a nice place. Thank you again Javie!!!

The property is great but the area is surrounded by bars. Not possible to have a good sleep.
