We booked this hotel for my wife’s parents to celebrate a birthday, but it turned out to be a complete letdown. The room was in poor condition and did not match the photos at all. It was also noticeably dirty, with dust everywhere. Even basic amenities were missing, no slippers were provided, and they were asked to buy low-quality ones for €2, which is unacceptable for a hotel of this level. We had also informed the hotel in advance about the birthday, yet there was zero acknowledgment, not even a simple “happy birthday” at reception. They have stayed at this hotel several times before, but this was by far the worst experience. Would not recommend.

Really great hotel and an excellent location in Tallinn to explore the city. The staff were really friendly and helpful when we needed them and helped with recommending places to eat when we landed late in the evening. The breakfast was great, it was served in the hotel next door (connected by an internal corridor so you didn't have to go outside in the freeing temperatures) as the hotel's restaurant was closed temporarily. Food was great and there was a good selection of regional and international dishes at breakfast. We used the spa and it was a good experience, it was busy as we visited on a Saturday afternoon but overall you could use mostly everything there except for the Jacuzzis which were very full! Overall, I would recommend this hotel, really nice rooms and great staff and service!

Some aspects of breakfast need improving, the presentation of hot food especially the eggs could be a lot better and the hard boiled eggs actually hot. Needs a kettle in the room rather than the silly coffee machine. Pods are not eco friendly. Bigger slipper for the room as no good for size 12 feet or bigger. Larger dressing gown options for the spa. Beds are a bit hard even with the mattress topper. Different pillow options as one pillow was not enough and two pillows to high. Softer bigger towels. Air conditioning difficult to operate with no instructions. Spa towels should be free for hotel staying guests. The Location was very good, near old town and transport links easy once you got use to it.

Great experience

The hotel is new and very nice. We had the cheapest room due to a short stay but it was very comfortable and spacious. We used the spa too and while crowded it was lovely. The lady at the bar made some excellent cocktails. The parking around the hotel is expensive and not always available. But cheaper than the hotel's carpark. The receptionists are not friendly and do not always act professional. And the hotel is awful in respinding. When we had an issue before our stay, we tried to contact them directly as well as via expedia agents to no avail. And absolutely no willingness to help.

THE HOTEL IS CONVENIENT ALL TOURIST PLACE ARE VREY CLOSE PROXIMITY TO THE HOTEL. ALL THE STAFF ARE FRIENDLY AND KIND,SERVING WITH A SMILE.

Great hotel, about a 5 min walk to the gate for the old town and right in the middle of Rotermann city, an area with shopping and great bars and restaurants. The Spa at the hotel is a welcome break after walking around the old town. Would recommend
