A estadia foi maravilhosa. O hotel é lindo, muito bem cuidado, extremamente limpo e com várias comodidades que fazem toda a diferença, como guarda-sol e cadeiras disponíveis na praia. Tudo é exatamente como nas fotos, o que traz muita tranquilidade na escolha. A equipe é incrível, pessoas gentis, educadas e sempre muito agradáveis, o que deixa a experiência ainda melhor. O café da manhã é simplesmente a coisa mais linda, muito bem apresentado e com bastante variedade. Como sugestão, apenas alguns detalhes poderiam melhorar, principalmente a qualidade de alguns cremes e recheios de bolos, para que fiquem tão bons quanto a apresentação.

This hotel is in front of Praia do Peró, next to Praia do Conchas. Words fall short to say that they are beautiful and incredible. In the mornings you can go for a walk or run on the beach. The hotel is beautiful, the food is exquisite. We went to celebrate our birthday, and we were surprised that they noted the date of birth in our passports, because at breakfast they sang Happy Birthday to us and made all the Brazilians who were staying sing and they did it with great pleasure. And they gave us a cake that we loved. There are also gluten-free options. What a beautiful hotel... the room was very comfortable. I'm going back to Cabo Frio... and this hotel made us feel at home.

Small but nice, clean hotel in a gorgeous location, beach across the street. Breakfast buffet is excellent, and restaurant dinner is good, but service is poor. Very noisy hotel on the weekend. No office chair in the room to get work done at the built-in "desk.". To reserve a room, it must be prepaid and is non-refundable. They are manning the check-in desk 24/7 now.

The best part is that it is in front of an immaculate, vast and crystal clear beach. Amazing.

All perfect just the bathrooms require renovation to keep up on all the offering.

The breakfast was good the place was ok the rooms were clean , the bad part was that I could my next door . The pool was nice and warm but the place was boring

Very good hotel and staffing

A praia em frente do hotel e a variedade de opções no café da manhã. Sem falar no profissionalismo de toda a equipe com menção honrosa para a Vanessa(recepção) e o Patrick(bartender).

The customer service was superb. The front desk atendants were always nice, courteous and friendly. The restaurant's food was good but the service was slow.

The hotel is located right across from the beach. Its only separated by a paved road and then your feet touch the sand a few steps later your feet are in the beautiful blue clear water. The staff spoke English and were very friendly. The breakfast was outstanding. The hotel is perfect for families or couples. This is not a party hotel. They have sound restrictions from 10pm until 6pm. I har a very wonderful relaxed time with my wife and 1 year old son. You can go for walks and find shopping and places to eat very easily and its a very safe area. Police monitor the beach along with life guards as well. I will be back again.

The hotel was great! Food, service, everything very nice. The location not so great if your looking to be close to downtown - restaurants - party area, but perfect if you’re looking for a get away with family.

Excelente hotel. Limpeza do hotel, localização, estacionamento, restaurante com preços acessíveis, piscina climatizada. Só o café da manhã que não me surpreendeu tanto. O restante nota 10!

Atendimento fraco e poucas opções. Pedimos um hambúrguer e disseram que não poderiam servir porque estavam sem pão – e isso durou vários dias. Ficamos também sem água quente e não houve qualquer esforço para minimizar o transtorno. Serviços caros para a qualidade entregue. Não recomendo.
