Right nice place to stay! Very old pub with rooms, quaint, and the food was all excellent! Ita not a luxury place, I’d give it an 8.4 overall, but the price was right and we loved it.

Wonderful hotel in beautiful old English town! Parking is a challenge but we were lucky! Staff greeter was exceptionally friendly and helpful. No elevator (lift) so prepare for spiral stairs! Food was absolutely first-class as was the service. Highly recommended 👌

A great overnight stay in a friendly pub. The room was spacious and very clean and the inclusive breakfast was excellent. The cooked breakfast was one of the best I have had. The staff were great and very helpful - nothing was too much trouble.

Very pricey for an okay hotel. Room okay - not great - en suite so small. Breakfast was okay - missing cereal and other breakfast nicities but cooked breakfast was good.

Lovely, quirky old property in Midhurst which is a very pretty town. The bed was very comfortable. The shower could get very hot so you need to be a little careful. It is a very old building so these things are to be expected. Breakfast was very good. All staff are friendly and helpful. I would stay again.

The bed hurt my back a lot, as it was not firm enough and my lower back needs support. Even now it isn't fully recovered. The older maid seems to know how to open a suitcase lock and change the combination, so now I cannot get into the two backpacks I had locked. I have certainly never experienced that before! So the young maid who was there when I left got no tip from me. I didn't mean to hurt her feelings, but assumed tips may be shared.

Perfect location, very good breakfast, room a little noisy due to roadside location and old windows

The room was very over priced for what it was, The smell from the toilet was unbearable most of the time I am guessing from the macerator attached to the toilet. When we arrived to the room there was something left in the toilet were the person before never flushed and this wasn't noticed by the cleaner. The Four poster bed kept creaking evetime you moved. There were cracks in and around the tiles in the shower and the shower never worked properly. The t.v. in the room never had basic channels and only had Netflix, prime etc which were not logged in so if you personally never had an account with netflix etc then there was no t.v. to watch. I have to add that the actual pub down stairs was lovely the food was amazing.

Overall a great stay, staff were friendly and even told us that breakfast was included which we didn’t know. Food and drinks were good too!

We very rarely bother leaving reviews, but feel compelled to about our stay at the Swan Inn. Everything about the place is simply excellent. The hosts could not have been friendlier or more accommodating, the food and beer was top notch, the room was beautiful, the bathroom was large with a full bath, and they arranged to do breakfast early for us as we had to leave before the kitchen usually opens. I cannot recommend this place enough. We will definitely be back.

Nice room very helpful staff, pity the kitchen was out of order and breakfast was in cafe across the road..over cooked and tasteless.

Stayed for the Goodwood event in July and was a great location. Hotel was fine really for a night away.

Bit unfair but when we stayed it was a hot evening with no breeze so the room was rather toasty as there was only a small window in the bedroom. While there was a shower you had to use it in the bath tub which being over 70 we found uncomfortable to use. other rooms might have been better - we were in room 3.staff and breakfast arrangements good.

Staff excellent, food delicious, lovely room.
