The staff was excellent. Always wanting to help. The room was spacious and the bathroom a good size. The location was perfect for getting to and seeing almost everything you’d want to in this city.

It wasn’t good experience

Excellent location! Walking distance to most of the sites and the train station. Close to restaurants, Christmas market and shopping. The room was clean and very comfortable and the staff were friendly. Once you are there they will email you a code to utilize the Trento app which gives you access to transportation and activities. It was really neat.

Light hearted decor, nice Tirolean building in Old Town area. It's not a norm yet but I would like to see the opportunity to segregate waste in the bedrooms of all hotels

I’ve recently spent a few weeks travelling around Northern Italy and booked this last minute. Arrived the same day and enjoyed it that much, my one night stay turned into 4. The hotel is within 10mins walk of the bus and rail station and bars, restaurants and shops all a couple of mins walk. Book for more than one night and you benefit from the free Trentino card meaning discounts in certain places and free local travel. The hotel is exceptionally clean and the staff at the front desk helpful. Especially the younger of the males. Breakfast can be added and is very good as are the prices for the evening meals if you don’t fancy venturing out. I stayed in a single room and it was probably the best I’ve stayed in on my travels yet. Small undercover balcony, hot drink making facilities and everything pristine. The one place I’d never heard of but I’ll be definitely going back. So relaxed there. Thank you.

Bit of a problem finding car parking but eventually ok

Very friendly, helpful staff. Rooms were large and excellent. Location was convenient to restaurants/bars in the old town. Breakfast was extensive and varied. We will definitely stay here in the future.

Poor value for money. Dated rooms in need of serious renovation. Clean, breakfast OK.

This is a perfectly good small Italian hotel. I asked for a quiet room and got one. What is striking is its central location and easy walking distance to charming downtown Trento, and the impressive river.
