Had the most perfect stay at this hotel! The staff were all really friendly and attentive, even greeting us on arrival with ice creams and a fan. We stayed in the suite which I would highly recommend. It was spotless, had plenty of storage, fantastic air-con, and a beautiful outside space. The hotel is in a great location, with so many restaurants and shops within walking distance. The breakfast was delightful, with a great selection of high quality food available. The entire hotel is decorated beautifully, with plenty of places to sit and relax. We would 100% return and stay here!

Pros: - Location is amazing, very central but still quiet. - Friendly welcome by the staff. - Honesty bar was a cool feature. - Very clean throughout. - Staff made us breakfasts to take away as we were leaving early to explore / catch a flight. Cons: - Our room was in the loft with low ceilings and felt quite claustrophobic. The window also looks out onto a white wall, feels quite closed in. - For the level of hotel, we would expect the bottled water in the room to be replaced daily. - Reception is left unmanned quite often - if you need anything early or late, it’s a little annoying. For example, we asked for an ironing board through WhatsApp before 6pm and didn’t get a response until the morning (they were very apologetic but feels like you are left on your own). - Frustrating breakfast booking system is very rigid for the size of the hotel - three allocated times, you can’t just turn up.

This is a lovely, beautifully decorated boutique hotel in the center of all the action of Ciutadella. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Can Sastre has the best hotel breakfast we've ever had. We loved everything about our stay. The only downside is that the parking facility is a bit of a walk, but that's a small nuisance for being in the heart of the quaint, winding streets of the old city. We highly recommend this hotel!

This is a lovely hotel. It is in the middle of old town convenient to restaurants and shopping. The breakfasts were wonderful with eggs to order. My husband wanted to take the pastry baker home with us! Warning - make sure to get parking instructions from the hotel before you go. We naively believed that there was parking available at the hotel and got stuck on undriveable streets following google. Don’t do that!

Amazing suite with tons of privacy and an outdoor patio. Bed was super comfy, bath was wonderful, and whole stay was amazing. Location is perfection in gorgeous old town with everything you could want or need a minute away on foot. Loved this place!

Ideally located in Ciutadella old town near to the Cathedral.Hotel very tastefully equipped and immaculately clean ,superb breakfast but what really stood out was the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff -they made the stay feel extra special.

Our stay could not have been more perfect. The decor was so tasteful and well executed, no corner was neglected. The staff was exceptional. Not only was the breakfast delicious, with an unforgettable jamon iberico and homemade pastries, but the waitstaff were so friendly and knowledgable. It has the feel of being in a cozy cave. We loved our room, so well designed with a bathtub in the main room and rain shower with pebble flooring. One night, the air conditioning broke, and without asking, the hotel refunded that night. Everything was so high quality, from the linen bed sheets, to the toiletries, to the breakfast. This hotel experience was that of a 5-star hotel, but in a small, cozy environment.

Lovely hotel. Room very nice. Was great to have a proper kettle. They also supplied great teabags (TWG tea) in the room not just a coffee machine and pods which now seems to be the trend in boutique style hotels. We would stay again.
