This place was great! It was an unexpected stay however the service was exceptional. The entire establishment was super clean and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful!!!

Excellent service for free shuttle to and from the airport when booked in advance. Approx 5-10 min drive. Great breakfast spread but no gluten free options aside from fruits, cheese, eggs, ham. But was offered an omelette so that helped! I think the room service meal options were very expensive but had no other way to eat!

The environment was good. Transportation was good and the driver explained to us how we could get something to eat because we came in late. We just overnighted

In the middle of industrial/commercial area. Nowhere to walk to.

Perfect when one night close to airport when arriving late and taking an early flight the next day! - they provide a shuttle - restaurant opens till 11:00 pm

The food was the worst of our entire 5 week holiday

The hotel itself was great as well as the staff. We were sent an email requesting information about the shuttle picking us up from the airport but it never showed, Staff at the Holiday Inn tried calling them for an hour with no luck, so we finally got a taxi for $20 to go 3 miles. Uber would have been $8. Breakfast is not included. 3 pieces of toast and coffee $7. Buffet $16. If you order toast and change your mind they still charge the full $16. Very frustrating!

Helpful friendly staff. Nice accommodations. Good food. Willing to cook something to meet my dietary needs. I am lactose intollerant. Clean and reasonably priced. Also has a reliable shuttle to the airport. It is 3 miles from the airport.

For airport shuttle, you need to contact the hotel in advance. The instruction was a bit unclear so we weren't able to find the shuttle. We then asked some local to help us contact the hotel yet no one was picking up the phone for the first few tries. When it finally got through, the hotel said the next shuttle will come within 10 min which never did. While we were waiting, we met other guests also in the same situation, so this prob happens often. Other than that, things were pretty good. We had an early flight out the next morning. You can arrange that shuttle when checking in. They have a number of time slots and the shuttle was right on time. Unfortunately if leaving early, there won't be breakfast availabld. Overall would recommend for a convenient stay near the airport.
