Helpful stuff and good breakfast

The hotel was well situated in town and very clean. There were amazing views of Mont Blanc, too! We took advantage of the laundry service, which was great - fast and cheap. We had a problem with the parking...we reserved outdoor parking for our stay only to find, upon arrival, that the street to the hotel was under construction and not accessible. We did not receive any warning about this and had to find public parking a short distance away. Plus we had to drag our luggage through the muddy access road since there was no sidewalk or secondary access. Also, take note if your room faces the front of the hotel - there are holiday lights across the balcony that blink on and off all night long. It's not an issue if you can keep the door closed, but if you - like us - need to keep the doors open because the hotel doesn't have A/C, the disco-like light show is very disruptive.

Excellent location, lovely breakfast and great service from the staff. We would stay here again when we visit Chamonix.

Very nice location, good breakfast and clean room

We are extremely happy with our stay at hotel Auberge du manoir. The hotel is beautiful, clean, charming and located in an excellent location within a few walks away from the actual town and shops. Our bedroom was perfect, with excellent views and lets just say we dreamt away with the top class beds and pillows. Never have we ever slept so well in any other hotel. Also, the attention to detail and the attention to cater their guests was also over the top. We felt so welcome and taken care of and thats thanks to Maurice at the reception. He was patient to answer all our questions and you can tell he loves what he does. We believe he can excel in a higher position as manager because he has what it takes. Thank you Maurice from us 4. If we come back to visit Chamonix again, we will certainly stay at this hotel again.

Central Chamonix location with parking for most cars. Typical ski hotel with wooden panelled room and matching features. Good shower and bathroom. Easy access to town. Nice hotel. I didn't eat breakfast.

Location great it’s next to Ski Rental, 100m from main ski bus stop and short walking distance to Railway Station or Le Savoy tow

Quaint auberge near the central village. Very comfortable. Loved the hot tub and the breakfast was wonderful.

Location and staff were highlight of this hotel. Room had good views too. Staff was super friendly and nice. They need to work on amenities for sure.

A very nice lodge with a lot of rustic charm. The staff is excellent. Very helpful and friendly in all possible ways. The room is small but comfortable. Good full breakfast. The price seems a little high but is probably in line with the market. A very enjoyable experience.

Les tarifs pratiqués sont totalement injustifiés 500€ la nuit pour 3 personnes !!!! au regard des prestations fournies : • Salle de bain vieillissante , rideau de douche mm pas de de paroi, sèche-cheveux ne soufflant que très peu Chambre minuscule pour trois personnes Petit-déjeuner à 15 € absolument scandaleux : trois yaourts, aucun choix, sans parler d un mini bar inexistant Parking à 20 € alors que l’accès extérieur était gelé et non déneigé, ce qui relève d’un manque de sécurité évident Nous avons le sentiment d’avoir été clairement surfacturés pour un service bas de gamme. Le rapport qualité/prix est inacceptable et ne correspond en rien aux standards attendus d’un établissement sérieux. Cette expérience est très décevante et je ne manquerai pas d’en tenir compte dans mes futures recommandations.
