Comfortable and clean accommodation at a fair price. Would certainly go there again.

Near to a venue we were attending. Plenty parking. We didn’t use the bar or restaurant so can’t comment on that.

Attic room was of adequate size - only issue was bedside lights not working but staff were helpful and attempted to resolve late at night. Had a meal in bar area - we had arrived just before the kitchen was closing but had a food burger and scampi and chips and watched the World Cup in the friendly comfortable bar area. Great location for one night stay before flying from Leeds Bradford airport literally 10 minutes away

Stay here every year super convenient. This year we were given the room on the top floor I wasn’t keen as it had no window just a sky light but it was very quiet and wasn’t a big deal.

Room was perfect for a one night stay before a flight. Check in/out very easy. Bed not the comfiest and slept on mattress topper which was on top of the sheet? Would happily return for a pre-flight stay.

Great stay, only for one night due to early flight. Great spot if going to the airport. Lovely walk very close by. Room was clean and had everything I needed. Very quiet. Slept well. Will stay again. Food looked great and had a gluten free menu, something I will try next time.

Plenty of parking. Had an evening meal which was nice and plentiful.

Very clean room a nice bathroom, really nice sheets on the bed and good towels. Very courteous staff. Easy to depart in the middle of the night for the airport.

Despite responding to the email request to confirm arrival time 7 days before our booking & communicating we would arrive at 7:30pm & were driving, and then 2 days prior to our booking asking to reserve parking, we arrived at the hotel to find the parking was closed due to an event which nobody had bothered to tell us about. We had to drive around for 20 minutes to try & find parking, then eventually park 10 minutes away on insecure street parking, nearer to the Premier Inn which we could/should have booked instead. Awful lack of communication/response & didn't get the free parking specified on the booking, which was one of the main reasons we booked causing us considerable inconvenience.

We stayed here due to an early morning flight , would recommend. We had a lovely meal and drinks . Room very clean and staff excellent.

What a true gem of a place! From the check in at the bar to the spacious and comfy room I would stay here again for sure! the bar was joyous and nice to get a drink or relax!

Nice enough place. Big popular pub. Beer and food available. Right next to large lake. Will stop again. Can also leave car there for small fee if flying from airport.

Excellent - Easy parking and great bar and Sunday lunch to die for.
