The complimentary breakfast was the best. The selections were great. The staff was on point and attended to our request immediately. I would recommend this location to anyone visiting the Orlando area.

Room was clean and tidy. Hotel staff were nice and accomodating. Breakfast was more than expected. Had a wonderful stay.

Walkable to Universal. Shuttles nice, but didn't run often or early enough. One time posted was incorrect. Excellent breakfast. Relaxing pool and lounge area.

The breakfast and shuttle services to Universal Studio were nice. Everything was great except the outdoor pool was cold in March.

I recently stayed at the Hyatt and had a fantastic experience, thanks in large part to the exceptional customer service from George at the front desk. When one of my two reservations didn’t show up properly, George went above and beyond to resolve the issue efficiently and with a great attitude. He was professional, patient, and incredibly helpful throughout the process. What really stood out was that George remembered me when I walked in again later, a small but thoughtful detail that made me feel genuinely valued as a guest. He also introduced me to the Hyatt rewards program with an excellent and well-explained upsell that made joining an easy decision. The location of the hotel is unbeatable, just a short distance from Universal Studios, which made our trip incredibly convenient. The free breakfast was also a highlight. Overall, this was a smooth, enjoyable stay made even better by great staff and service. Thank you again to George for turning a potential hassle into a positive experience!

I was very impressed with how clean and well maintained the property and room was. I highly recommend staying here.

Clean, quiet hotel with a free breakfast and free shuttle to Universal. AC unit was a bit loud, but makes a good white noise machine. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Bar closes early-10 pm.

Convenient location. Clean room. Good price. The people running the breakfast show where pleasant and kind. Although oatmeal was on the list of items for breakfast, I had to ask for a serving every morning so that made me think that it wasn't something they wanted to put out if they didn't have to. They were nice about it and got me a serving and they didn't seem like the type to spit in my oatmeal for requesting some each morning so here's hoping I was right.

The room was clean and quiet. The breakfast was very good every morning a lot to choose from. We used the pool area in the evenings to just relax. Really close to Universal park we just walked there. We had a great stay.

Great location. Very close to park. Staff was very friendly and accommodating during our stay. Extra shout out to the hotel maid staff. They kept our room very clean and always greeted us with a smile and hello. Also let us know when we forgot a bag! Highly recommend this Hyatt place for your next family vacation to Orlando.
