The rooms are spacious for a business hotel and I found the sleep quite comfortable. Bathrooms feel dated but functional. As with many places in Japan, they do not allow tattoos in the public bathing facilities. Really quite disappointing because you will still be expected to pay the full amount but you cannot use all of the amenities. Especially for foreigners who often have tattoos, this is poor service and hospitality.

Location is only convenient if you have a car. If you are a hotel guest, they charged 600 yen per entry. Hotel room is modern with good bedding and equipped with basic amenities. I hope the lady receptionist will be more helpful especially dealing with non speaking Japanese guests. She seem annoyed 😒 when we ask for more information.

Trying to find directions from the train station was very difficult in Google. Then never returned my email regarding the issue and I’m baffled why they don’t have a simple page of instructions that they could send, with stairs and Elevated Crossings Turning out to be unnecessary. If that wasn’t enough, when I checked in at 3:30pm and asked about breakfast, they would not let me sign up for it. The only hotel in all of my traveling for years that did this. After dinner when I returned to the hotel and double checked about breakfast at 8:20 PM, they said oh the cut off time was 8 PM. Check out time is 10 o’clock, which is not atypical in some places in Japan, but is certainly atypical for many hotels on five different continents. There are a lot of other hotels for the same price in this area. I recommend you try one of them.

Great location,amenities, room, bed comfortable. Hot bath great. Car park position a little distant. The staff were perfunctory! But would still come again!

Close to the station, but so, so much noise in the evening and also from 5 am. Could barely sleep. Also, there were tons of dirty under the bed and under the desk. Maybe centuries without cleaning underneath.
