The owners are lovely and supportive.

Too bad. The hotel owner is like a thug. I must have accidentally laid down on the waiting chair because I was too tired, instead of reminding the owner, he called his 4-5 year old son and told him: "2 people are in that chair. Kick me out." While I had already paid for the room. 300k for a room is nothing. I just left, no need to ask for a refund. She was giving alms. Guests came to rent a room and paid but acted like they were asking to stay at her house for free.

I booked a hotel room but when I arrived, the hotel sent me to another motel to stay. Meanwhile, I paid for the room at the hotel price but slept in the motel.

I booked a room for my husband here for 1 night, the hotel is near the airport for convenience. My husband said that the staff here are very enthusiastic and cheerful. My husband was very satisfied with his stay here, if he has the chance, he will come back. Thank you to the two hotel owners.

Arrived at around 11am and had to wait 30 minutes for a room. Very tiring even though I had booked and paid in advance.

Spent 1 night here as my flight was the next day. Comfy bed, friendly staffs. They also provide service to pick you up from the airport or drive you there for a very reasonable amount. You also get access to food and cafes within 5 mins walk. Pho ga pho co is great for breakfast:)

The food took long for them to cook. There is no lift/elevator.

Service is ok. The room is spacious, clean, supports free drinking water, full wifi hot water ... The hotel owner is very enthusiastic, cheerful and comfortable, the shuttle bus to the airport is very fast, the price is only 100k, reasonable. The bathroom is a bit cramped but it's okay, I still give it 5 ☆☆☆☆☆, with that room price, it's very reasonable. I don't eat here so I don't know kkk If I have the opportunity to fly to Hanoi, I will definitely stop by here to stay hehe

Too bad, I've stayed in many places but have never seen a hotel like this. The hotel owner is terrible, always looking at and scrutinizing customers. Doesn't respect customers' privacy, just knocks on the door and looks to see what people are doing. Controls the time the air conditioner is on. Staying once is a nightmare.

The owners are lovely, the room is not soundproof, there is a shuttle from the airport, and food is not allowed in the room. Good experience here, next time I visit Hanoi, I will still stay here.

Even the brothers and sisters were enthusiastic. When eating and drinking, there is a dining table below, you cannot eat in the room. Full hot and cold air conditioning. The blanket is a bit thin. I increased the air conditioner to 28/29 but it's still a bit cold. Cleanliness is moderate, just like home. For the price range, OK 286

This one is only suitable for people having urgent stuff to deal in Hanoi, not a good choice for traveling purposes.

The room was clean and spacious, the couple owner was very nice. The only downside was the location, although it is super close to the airport, but access to/from airport is rather hard (the road was dark and quiet empty at night time). But overall, worth the money if you are staying only for transit purpose, otherwise better take bus to the town.

Rooms are very clean and new. Full amenities. Built-in TVs youtube and netflix to watch movies: 3 Step outside, there are many shops
