Immaculately clean hotel and rooms Staff were helpful Nice chilled vibe around the pool with plenty of sunbeds Good quality continental breakfast Good attention to detail and hotel decor Good air conditioning in the rooms A short walk to Bardolino centre (20 mins) The bar isn’t always manned so sometimes waited a while to get a drink apart from that can’t fault the hotel would definitely stay here again

The hotel is located in a central quiet position with easy walking distance to Lake Garda. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Hotel offers access to free cycles which we used to visit Bardolina (10mins flat cycle route along the lake). Bardolina offers numerous bars and restaurants. Hotel I would definitely stay again.

Spacious room, very clean hotel with friendly staff. Bar are was quiet however we were there off season. Breakfast was very good. The free bike hire was an excellent service.

The hotel is located on a quiet street about 20 mins walk from the bus station. The hotel is very nicely decorated. There was a lake view from our room but broken by buildings between the hotel and the lake. Breakfast was the same each morning but there was plenty to choose from so you wouldn't need to have the same thing twice. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

We just returned from a great week in Lale Garda. Hotel Ventaglio was lovely very comfortable. Breakfast excellent and the staff were very helpful and friendly. We will be returning again.

Nice room and pool area. Very friendly service. We rented bikes for the day (for free) which was great. Continental breakfast was good.

Hotel was beautiful, friendly staff and room with balcony onto pool area. Everything you could possibly need was in room. Would definitely return.

This was the most expensive hotel in our trip and we picked Ventaglio for the lake view and some luxury. First off, the hotel had no working air conditioning. The night porter advised that in the height of summer the motor which the air conditioning ran off wasn't sufficient for the number of rooms in the hotel, rendering it useless across the hotel. The staff had resorted to giving our fans to appease the guests. The bed was terribly uncomfortable. One pillow each, no additional pillows available and it was two singles pushed together so halfway through the night you found a gapping hole had appeared between you and your partner. The worst part was when we made a complaint to Expedia regarding the hotel, the hotel had the cheek to lie to Expedia and advise the air-conditioning was in full working order. Our room temperature was above 25 degrees. I would not recommend this hotel.

Pictures are a bit deceiving. Nothing wrong with hotel, was just expecting something more.

Do not stay at this hotel. You’ll regret it.

Air conditioning wasn't super cold but otherwise great hotel, nice pool and good breakfast. Great value for money
