I loved the whole planning process from day one. OLV'S communication via text and phone was extremely professional. Upon arrival to valet service top of the line and friendly. Inside was greated by two very sweet and professional ladies working the front desk, was taken to my room and was shown how to work everything. The room was amazing aka mouth dropping top of the line, robes, various drinks incl. water, a safe for valuables etc too much to mention all plus concierge and room service. Wow. Thanks You Staff. Much love to all.

The hotel itself is beautiful and well-maintained, but what truly set this experience apart was the outstanding staff. Everyone was attentive without being overbearing, always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. A special shoutout to Kritzy—so professional, respectful, and genuinely dedicated to going above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. The pool area is gorgeous, and watching the sunset from the rooftop was absolutely unforgettable. The location is also a huge plus: close to great restaurants, a kayak rental spot, a car rental service, and even a casino. Highly recommend!

Exponentially amazing !!

We had a great time. The property is absolutely beautiful. The staff was amazing. The only thing I didn’t like was that the hotel and hot tub close at 9pm which I feel is way too early.

This property is amazing! The rooms are top tier - elegant and luxurious. Only two real “complaints” - the pool is odddly designed and placed, as it’s positioned in a centered way in the dining area outdoors. It reads more of an aesthetic forward fountain than a pool. The hotel is a short walk from the strip which houses STK, a convenience store, and a plethora of other attractions including the beach. It’s sort of in the cut and on a block committed to a considerable (2) amount of construction sites. So, I can see that as being kinda creepy depending on the traveler and if they’re a lone traveler. Overall, great spot - would visit again and again!

Amazing staff beautiful hotel

My stay here was very nice and very clean .

Service was mediocre. Very strict on towels as guest. It was hard to get towels at the hot tub, meanwhile I was freezing as the sun went down. No pool staff in sight.

Property had the best service I ever had from a stay

I thoroughly enjoyed this property. It’s worth the expenditure. It’s a little far from where we would ideally like to stay and doesn’t have a direct line of sight to the ocean, but it’s great for the cost.

Wonderful honeymoon experience. Had everything we needed and more!

The hotel was pretty quiet place. The pool and hot tubs over see the view. It’s was in incredible. The staff was very polite and welcoming. I will visit here.
