it's very unfortunate that we couldn't check-in to the unit since traveloka had some misunderstanding with the owner. from the outside, it was surely a very promising stay.but I have to give 12 🌟 credit to the most responsible host Mr Ahmad that never fails to communicate & find solutions to the issue. the host even offer extra service of finding an available property that was beyond our expectations (even traveloka couldn't find available replacement) he even topup personally the extra fees for the replacement. kudos Mr Ahmad, & agent, you have more room to improve. keep up the great job everyone!
