Place was clean but sheets/pillows did have stains. We only got the room to nap and wash off the river however, there was no body soaps or even hand soap or washcloths provided. We ended up going to Walmart to grab what we needed and left as soon as I was rested enough to hit the road.

The elevator smelled like wet dog, a pad was on the floor in the room. Was told no one can clean the room since workers were off during the weekends but the cleaning lady told me that was a lie and they do clean during the weekends. I did our own bed. And when I asked for clean towels they had dirt and hair from someone else.

Britiny, AJ and Marissa are the examples of what front desk should be. Very kind and understanding. That will be my go to hotel. Only thing I didn't like was they allow pets so it smells like dog in the hallways. I have allergies, it bothered me. The staff made me feel at home though. Staff is top tier it made my experience good. 10 stars if I could.

The elevator smelled of urine. The hallway also had a weird smell. The room itself wasn't cleaned well. Food and dirt residue was on the table and on counter tops. The towels were extremely cheap and worn. The towels left white fuzz all over me. I had to take another shower to get it all off. The bed was very uncomfortable. I would not recommend this hotel.

Great stay. I’ve been here before. Very clean and very nice staff. Bring nice towels if that’s important to you. Theirs are very basic to keep costs down. Also bring your own soap or shower gel. They just give small bars of soap. They are also pet friendly & hallway smells like it. But it does NOT affect the inside of the rooms. Nice place.

When I got to the hotel my room still wasn’t ready. I had to wait over an hour. It was past 1:00am. I was very tired and they had no lobby chairs or anywhere for me to sit. They said they needed to clean my room but the room was still dirty when I entered. Not to mention when they finally finished I was able to go to the bathroom…they put no toilet paper in the bathroom and I was stranded on the toilet. This was one nightmare after the other. The next day the attendant had he nerves to rush me out of the room as if I had a desire to stay longer. I would never return or recommend this place to anyone. I requested a full refund.

I dont like how i dont have a confirmation njmber other than HV, my expedia itenirary number is 73085059939297, inwasnsupposednto be in room 113, they said it was dirty and not available, evev though online it was available, then they were going to put me in 328, i dont like 3rd floor. So i was put in room 207, i dont like the confusion or games. There are a few women by the name of from what i know, autaum rainns, rebecca raymond, who go around terrorizing businesses uskng my name. Oh and adina veeastegui, i have no correlation eith them and will not be mad if they are punished for crime. Does rhe punishment fit the crime? Thats all anyways. Entire hotel stinks. Room was dirty, one towel only and was dirty, lipstick on it.

Terrible stay- would rate a zero if I could. The room stank, the neighbors were smoking weed and had their door open, the beds had cigarette stains and dog prints in a non smoking room, room was dusty, hallway was dirty, overall very very shady. We checked out as soon as we saw our room and still fighting to get a refund a month later
