Yes friendly staff and the lady that had tattoos on her body can’t remember her name, she was so friendly she worked day shift when I was around she’s friendly

Everything was good, but description on Hotels.com is misleading: slippers and bathrobe were only by request (not sure that the latter were available, because I only asked for slippers, because it was too cold in the room). No Netflix, and screen mirroring didn’t work. Also, I was expecting capsule coffeemaker but it was just a kettle. So, I would say the stay was OK, but the description should be corrected.

Nice place to stop over and visit the city. A little bit of a walk to the actual old town (15-20 mins) but not too far. Nicely located really out of the hustle and bustle. Clean room with lots of space. Good WiFi (60mbps). Nice coffee machine in the room. Can’t complain, good value for what you get compared to some of the places in the old town that are far more dated.

A short walk across the bridge to the old town and Gedimino Castle. Underground parking garage. Breakfast was plentiful and had a great mix of hot and cold options. Beds were firm and comfortable with European duvets. We received exceptional service from Mykolas at the front desk who arranged a car to drive us to the airport at 4:30am to catch an early flight - which went super smoothly and zero stress. Staff speaks great English.

A road trip from Palanga to Vilnius with 4 nights at the Marriott in Vilnius.

Check in was fine. While I did confirm that payment would not be taken until checking in, even when contacting them directly because I wanted to use another card, they still attempted to charge me ahead of check in. I was recovering from food poisoning the day before, along with a terrible bus ride from hell, thinking that when I got to the hotel and our room, it would be a huge relief. Well, we check in, get to our room, and neither of our key cards work. Okay, fine. I go down and get new ones. These work. It is hot… record hot in Vilnius and our room is, of course, hot. And… the A/C doesn’t work. I call down to let them know and they say there’s nothing they can do until the technician is available in the morning and that they’d look for a fan for us. No fan was available so we sweat the entire night, me still recovering from extreme food poisoning, and the sun hitting our side of the building straight on. Needless to say, it was a disappointing short stay. A nice hotel, sure. But the basics are lacking; especially the attention to detail

This is just an OK hotel. Nothing special about it compared to other hotels in other countries. It just serves the purpose of finding a place to sleep at night. Otherwise, everything else was basic.

Nice new development on the otherwise of the river. Still walkable to the city centre, great for the warmer months but immigration be more challenging in the winter. Rooms are clean. However; housekeeping don’t remove all rubbish or replenish tea and coffee

Room was clean, nice contemporary design, hotel is located not far from historic downtown, breakfast was good. Wish that receptionist was friendlier and room warmer, but overall is wasn't bad

As i travel quite a lot i have seen everything. This hotel is one of the best. Good parking under house in winter time or in the front of hotel with reasonable price. Good breakfast and for dinner good. Also nearby many good restorans.Hotel TV is possible easy to use as second screen for laptop.

Just a fabulous hotel. I stayed in standard twin. Very comfortable room to include safe and refrigerator . Room service great. Restuarant in lobby. I definitely would stay again.

Excellent. I highly recommend. Only issue we had was the Wi-Fi, you have to go through the Marriott Bonvoy website and it kept glitching. I noticed someone else talking to staff about this, and they were unable to help. But still worth the visit, absolutely loved our stay.
