Very happy with our stay. This was a great location and east to get to public transportation. Room was huge.

This was EASILY the best hotel I stayed at while in Japan and also the best value. My room was so modern and comfortable, I didn’t want to leave. Great location too!

The property was great. The food options were pretty much the same daily, with one new featured item. The issue was cleaning. They never cleaned the room, even though they mentioned one deep clean and the rest of the days would be eco-cleaning. Strange.

Lovely hotel in a great central location. Japanese wet room style bathroom may seem unusual to many wester visitors but the shower was great and the room comfortable. Public transport easily accessed from the hotel and lots of restaurant and shopping options within a 5 minute walk. Hiroshima Peace Park also easily accessed on foot

This was a clean and comfortable hotel. The location is great, about halfway between the station and the atomic bomb memorial park. It was easy to walk to restaurants, with an especially tasty Izakaya across the street.

Location - convenient location, 15 min walk to main station and close to loads of restaurants and Peace Memorial Park Amenities good and staff nice too! Room was great, larger than average with a distinctive Japanese feel Hotel itself is basic but has a 7/11 on the ground floor which is a plus!

Great location, the best staff and good-sized rooms.

Hotel Vista is a lovely quiet hotel 15-20 minutes walk from Hiroshima station. Staff were welcoming and helpful. Peace Park 15 minutes walk. Convenience store on first floor great for affordable meals and snacks. Bottled water in room daily. No coffee or tea provided in room but there is kettle and fridge. Convenience store has microwave to warm meals if needed. Room was our favorite with great soaker tub.

Great location. Comfy bed. Great room layout. Wifi was dodgy in our room. Would stay there again.

Good location, clean and good service.basic but No complaints.

The staff was very nice and helpful. More than half the front desk staff spoke English relatively well, which was quite nice. Otherwise, I got by with Google Translate easily for particular requests that I needed to explain to them.

Unbeatable quality vs price. This hotel offers the minimum services but is very clean and well maintained.

Great location

The staff were very kind and helpful. The hotel was quiet. The room was generally clean but when I moved a stool there was a lot of dust & a previous guest spilled some pills and there were some on the carpet.

Great room and location for the price!

Reception wasn’t on ground floor which was a bit of a faff for a weary traveller. Location of the hotel was excellent.

Small rooms but very practically set out and comfortable bed. Great shower and separate small Japanese bath if you want one. Only one thing to add is that they provide a kettle and cups in the room but no tea or coffee. Almost all hotels I’ve stayed in provide this facility. They do have a free coffee machine in the reception lounge area though.
