Great hotel, recommended for those of us who want to be close to the city

I had quite late dinner and the taste of the food is delicious.

The room is quite comfortable, but the bed size is not big enough for those staying with children and wife.

It's good to stay here with your family and your bestie. The swimming pool was good.

One of the hotels that I like in Medan, the service is like a 5 star hotel. All the staff are friendly and every corner of the hotel is clean and comfortable.

The first time we were given a room that had 90% of the furniture, chairs, plugs, water heaters, toilets, sink taps, shower hangers and bidets broken. The room leaked and the bathroom equipment, glasses, hangers, sandals, etc. were all one even though there were two people staying. Then we asked to move rooms the next day. We were informed that there were no rooms and were offered a smoking room. Even though we had been informed from the beginning that it was a non-smoking room. Finally we were given a room that was originally a one bed downgraded to a twin bed which was cheaper and the room was a little narrower but worth staying in. The food at the restaurant on Friday night was delicious and the price was also good. The room had no soundproofing, the children and mothers in the front and side rooms could all be heard. Even the sound of the bells of other rooms could be heard.

Less comfortable because the request for a non-smoking room was not available, the door could not be opened from the outside so we had to move rooms. The rest was good.

It is mandatory to lock the room using an iron lock!

A hotel in the middle of the city with easy access to various destinations, plus a swimming pool, is the perfect choice if you are staying with family.

cool and great service.. for the GYM facilities, there needs to be additional equipment, so that it is more varied.. hopefully there will be more promos in the future..hahah. next trip stay again. tq IBIS Hotel.
