It was very close to the metro and buses. We felt safe and enjoyed coming back to a quiet and comfortable space

Old Montreal location and feel at a reasonable rate. Safe neighbourhood. Couch upholstery could use a cleaning to be on par w the rest of the suite and experience.

Good location, clean and roomy. Bed is shot, very saggy. The entrance door is undersized and uninviting. Hard to hold door open and maneuver your suitcases in.

I will stay here again. Very convenient and walkable.

Great stay at Penny Lane Sonder. Apartment was exactly as advertised. Would have been great to be able to store luggage in the lobby prior to checking in. Every interaction with an employee was friendly.

Sonder has done a very good job. Supply of tea, coffee, towels etc are satisfactory. Any outstanding items will be resolved asap. Thanks.

I loved the room. Very nicely planned out, the bathroom with laundry was spacious.

Great location and amenities. Easily walkable to restaurants, bars, an IGA supermarket is about 10 minute walk away. The Metro stop is right there, parked our car underground at Place Victoria, 5 minutes away. The unit was super clean and comfortable. Had one minor issue with one of the frying pans not connecting to any of the "smart" burners on the stove top. However, after a brief chat with a rep on the app, a replacement (which worked beautifully) was delivered quickly. Having 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and the balcony (unit 701 on the top floor) was convenient for us and our two nieces. We all felt very safe not only in the building but in the neighborhood. Each bedroom had a noise machine and ear plugs but noise wasn't an issue for us. Washer/dryer worked great and detergent provided (as well as extra towels, toilet paper, etc) on site. Highly recommend this Sonder property!

Spacious room , convenient location

Everyone had problems getting in, every day, communication terrible, location great

Very good location, very clean. However the code access did not work not only once but twice. Hopefully their communication was easy and fast and they figure out the problem. Still it was a bad experience to have to wait outside for more than 25 minutes to have a correct code of access

Excellent location, very spacious comfortable and clean. Easy to access and close to subways, restaurants and attractions. Locked storage units would be very convenient for guest who arrive earlier, that would be a great adfition as there’s plenty of space in the lobby. Will definitely be back!

Really great cost for the location. Easy to use would definitely stay again. 4 stars because saturday was LOUD at night.

Perfect location. Very walkable to downtown old Montreal. Building has nice units that are modern and clean. Lots of dining options and IGA that is only a 10 minute walk to pick up grocery items

Too long and too much personal info and a picture required to check in! A lot of people will not like this. I almost cancelled the reservation.

Excellent location for conference center, metro or just tourism.

This is the second time I've stayed at Penny Lane, and it was an even better stay than the last (which was also great). We stayed in a queen studio suite, which was located at the front of the building. With a street facing unit, there was street noise as there are several restaurants and bars on St Jacques, but it wasn't excessive and is typical of a downtown experience. If you are sensitive to noise, selecting a room with a balcony would be better for you so it puts you in the courtyard and off the main street. The suite itself was excellently laid out, extremely clean, and both the furniture and bed were extremely comfortable. Sonder offers a self serve pantry, which is extremely handy to get additional supplies like coffee, tissues, etc should you need extras. I will absolutely stay at Penny Lane again.

Room was clean. Everything you needed was there in the kitchen. Easy and convenient to access with codes and messages. The bedroom have no lights other then bedside lamps - more lights would be efficient and no mirrors in bedroom. Fantastic time and will day again at a Sonders.
