It’s not clean at all !!! The bedsheets had some stains, the breakfast area was not clean at all if you ask for extra blankets they will say we don’t have any wait until tonight if no one comes in we will give you extra ones

The worker are standoffish. They’re not ever helpful. Everytime you call about anything they give you the same generic answer. I and my friend called because we may have left something in the room. Without asking the room number, in a haste, they’d say the room has been cleaned & if they found something it would go to the lost and found. They’re just not friendly or helpful at all. Worst stay ever! Not to mention the breakfast isn’t fresh or stocked. It’s like they microwave the food quickly and never refill anything; eggs, coffee, juice machine etc. NEVER WILL I EVER STAY AT THEIR PROPERTY AGAIN!!!!!

The room wasn’t soundproofed. I stayed 3 nights: first night a baby was crying until 2-3am, second night it seemed like there was a small party next door where they spoke so loud after 10pm. Third night was better but I think they should have spread the guests so it’s not one next to the other. The shower was weak too. I took twice as long to shower compared to usual. Other than that, the hotel was ok and convenient.

The room is exceptionally and super clean. The Staffs are very helpful and friendly. Thank you so much to Ms. Tanya for being so wonderful. Will definitely recommend to everyone we know and will come back for sure…. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The hallways smelled. The room was extremely dusty. The tub was rusted. It was so loud.

Breakfast was okay, convenient location, friendly staffs. Sound proof is back. I heard next noise. Over all, it way a good couple nights stay.

Hotel don’t offer much for breakfast. The area it was located wasn’t a good area. Also the elevators didn’t work we had to take stairs to get to our room on the 3rd floor.We didn’t get much sleep either because we heard people running the halls, people arguing and loud music. Would not return to this place afterall we went through. This place should return me my money because we weren’t even able to get any rest after being at the hospital all day I was thinking we were going to get rest and it didn’t happened.

I was there from out of town for an early morning surgery in Houston. Thankfully my grown son was with me because there was a man and three obviously drugged women in the lobby asking if we needed their “services” one of the women handed me half eaten candy and it was very uncomfortable the desk manager was not at the counter I had to go beat on his door and he wouldn’t let me cancel my room since I paid in full through Expedia. I baracaded myself in my room, horrible experience.
