We came for a family vacation and stayed at the Fairfield inn &suites. Everyone at the front desk where extremely nice and accommodating but the best part was our

La alberca sólo es para suites ejecutivos, los demás huéspedes no pueden usar la alberca, siento que esto es algo que se debe de mencionar antes de confirmar el cuarto ya que algunos como yo únicamente escojio este hotel para el uso de alberca.

Good service!

We got in after midnight and hadn’t eaten. With no restaurant options available, the bartender cut up fresh fruit and cheese and served us even though they were closed. Super happy!!

The staff was incredibly friendly, specifically Fortino, at the breakfast buffet. also Alonzo at the bar was very friendly and polite.

Excelente la atención del personal de limpieza, el desayuno bueno, hoy sábado fueron superados por los clientes y se acabó antes de tiempo, resurtieron pero tardaron, hay un mesero muy amable pero se pone a hablar del gobierno y es un poco molesto, en recepción al llegar en la noche del 19/abril/2024, fueron lentos, pedimos ganchos por que hay muy pocos, sin embargo y al dia siguente el personal, de limpieza lo resolvió, habitación amplia, cómoda, solo la tv no se ve bien, se corta la señal.

Property seemed very cheap (even though it was new) for a U$140/night rate. this should be a 75usd hotel at the most

The hotel is super clean and has easy access from the main highway.

Front desk staff was not very helpful at check in or out. Room was not cleaned in timely manner and we had issue with the sink and toilet

I would not stay here for the price. It says free airport shuttle but they did not meet my requirements had to leave one hour early if i agreed. So i used uber.

Very clean & safe Hotel . Shopping center with a walmart next door. Nissan plant across the highway . The Bar had excellent service , they brought our drinks up to the pool. I wish the pool would be a little bigger , it’s a roof top pool.

Very nice and comfortable, super safe didnt feel anything strange around the hotel would stay agian and recommend it to any vistiers.

The pool is great, as the water is at the perfect temperature and it looks crystal clean. The pool's length is enough for a little swimming workout. Also, it is located at the top of the building, so there's privacy and the view is beautiful. I would like to see more umbrellas, and some real greenery, for it to look more inviting. The room I got had a look toward the highway, and even though the highway is very busy, the room was surprisingly quiet enough to not notice all the traffic down below. The room was large and comfortable, but somehow there is not enough furniture or places to put your stuff on. The closet was very small. The bathroom is large and comfortable, and in the shower locker you get three large bottles of shower gel, shampoo and hair conditioner, all of which felt to be high quality. The one thing I did not like was the coffee they serve on breakfast. It was kind of dull. The staff was very friendly from our arrival, and every time we needed something we were treated very kindly.

It was super crowded as there were several soccer teams in concentration that same weekend, making the use of elevator a headache, not to mention breakfast.
