Staff was great.

The room was spacious and welcoming. We were given an upgraded room, which further enhanced our overnight stay. The check in staff were helpful and assisted us with our questions. It made for a relaxing stay!

Excellent location. Walking distance to everything but still in a quiet and cute local neighborhood.

Crystalbrook is perfectly situated in Surry Hills. It’s perfect to travel throughout Sydney, with many transport options. But there’s also a great restaurant and bar scene nearby. The rooms are cleaned and well kept, and the staff is very friendly. Great stay overall!

The Crystalbrook Albion is a lovely, individual, informal and very comfortable hotel. Situated in Surry Hills it is very conveniently situated for the CBD, and benefits from excellent neighbourhood dining. The staff are aall super nice, friendly and helpful and really made us feel at home.

Really cool area if you’re looking to walk Around and eat/drink locally. Hotel is a bit hidden looks like it’s in an alley! But inside is really nice and staff are helpful and friendly. By the way if you’re bringing a car you have the option to park on the street not just at the hotels designated parking lot (Which is $$$!) And it’s not that hard just follow instructions on street signs. And it’s much cheaper! Follow the road all the way down to the right you will see a few car slots there. We got lucky and where able to get a spot all 3 days we where there wed-Fri.

Small friendly and charming neighborhood hotel, quiet but very accessible to main attraction areas. The only comment is that the bathroom is open to the bedroom so offered very little privacy.

We absolutely loved staying overnight at this hotel for our Chase Atlantic concert night. It felt very private and intimate and super comfy to relax in. We will definitely come back again!

Amazing experience in a traditional style ryokan. Service was excellent with attentive staff.

Close to the airport and ferry terminal

Absolutely loved our stay at Crystalbrook Albion. Staff was very nice and helpful. They held our luggage when we arrived early and it was in our room upon check-in. Location was perfect. Close to great dining options and a short walk from central station to get around town. Loved the danishes and muffins every morning. Honour bar was nice on arrival and departure days, as it was convenient.
