The breakfast was excellent. The staff were friendly. The room was nice, however very dated, and the carpetwas worn and not really clean. My main complaint was that the room smelled of smoke. I called the front desk, as the smell was noticeable, but they didn't have any other rooms available. They offered to bring in a fan, but I didn't think that would do anything. I opened the window and the fresh air helped. I wasn't offered any compensation for the problem.

The wifi didn't work so I made my cellphone a Hotspot.

Rooms were clean, breakfast was very good, area seemed to be very safe

Breakfast area. Tables needed wiping. Waffle batter dispenser not working. Had to look for attendant to help and they were on their phone and did not immediately respond. The second morning the hot food was empty and several Guests were waiting. We ended up leaving to eat elsewhere.

Biggest issue was the loud exhaust fan and the air conditioning did not operate well.

The room:Very clean, complete, no issues. The staff: friendly, helpful, very good Breakfast: good, missed the warm stuff at the end of the room. Perhaps indicate better Parking was good, no issues. The hotel had a friendly appearance on the outside, and had a nice, warm and inviting entrance, almost like a lvingroom. And at the same time highly efficient, with all the amenities and comforts of a big hotel., without the sterility and coldness that in general accompanies that.

I chose to accept an assessment of few folks who promoted

Beds need new pillows. They were very lumpy hard to have a decent sleep. Other then that things were good.

Was decent. Breakfast ok.

The location was right off highway 1 so it was easy to find for a quick overnight stop. The room was spacious, clean and came with a fridge and microwave. Special plus was a comfy bed.

The room was clean but an average hotel. The people were great!

No complaints. Room, bed and breakfast were wonderful. Will return.

We like staying here when we visit Brandon but the place needs a total refresh. Relatively clean but the furniture needs to be replaced however the bed was good. Also the breakfast set up is not really appealing so we just usually eat cereal only. Also it would be nice if the front doors were automatic.
