Expired milk at breakfast. 23 year old toaster blows up. Hotel can't control the hockey teams they book into the hotel so all non hockey guest suffer because of the noise and poor parenting.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast however was lacking. We went down at 9:00, breakfast was supposed to be available until 9:30. The toaster was broken. The bacon and sausage was not there. The cook brought out four eggs and two sausages…. There was six people for breakfast. We ended up grabbing coffee and going elsewhere for breakfast.

Good location. Breakfast area and selection was good. Main area of hotel clean. Room was old and dated. Shower tap leaked and sink did not have working stopper (missing). Price is good for location and breakfast being included.

Room was clean, breakfast was good, had to call front desk on what remote to use and they came to the room within minutes to help, have stayed here before and will again if in Brandon

The room was dated at definitely could use some updates. There were three remote controls to operate the TV with no instructions. The sink had wear damage and dated hardware. No cup in the bathroom for brushing your teeth and once in your mouth. No courtesy bottles of water. Room cleanliness was questionable. And when I booked the room, it said city view, and I was looking at a Storage compound from my window. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was basic and cold. Overpriced for what was received.

Very Accomadating

This was a great find for our night in Brandon. Great location with nearby restaurants. We had a King room with separate area for couch, chair, small table. Clean bathroom with lots of space. Breakfast in the morning was excellent. Waffle machine, eggs, sausage, hashbrowns and beans. Lots to drink (juice, coffee, milk). Great start for the day. Front desk staff were fantastic in helping settle us in and explaining all we needed to know. Had a zoom meeting the next morning and they accommodated my request for a one hour later checkout. It was greatly appreciative.

the room was clean and the staff was very friendly. It was nice that we could plug our car in outside because it was VERY cold when we stayed there!

Room was clean, bathroom was spacious, bed was comfortable and breakfast had good variety. Would definitely recommend others to stay here as it had everything we needed at a great price
