The building is stunning and the loft had everything we needed. Location is great, everything is within walking distance.

The receptionists were helpful and friendly bathrooms very nice.

Enough space for family of four. Property is clean. Available parking space nearby.

Amazing location and well equipped loft but could use a coat rack especially during fall/winter and an additional rack for clothing since there aren’t any closets. Would highly recommend this location.

Very nice place just in front of my office in Qc. Not expensive at all for two nights I’ll come back!

Full kitchen was nice, apartment was clean and functional. Public transport (bus) was convenient and easy to use with Google maps. Late in getting access codes emailed out but everything was extremely smooth after that. Would certainly recommend it as a place to stay while in Quebec.

Good location

These lofts are an excellent alternative to a hotel room. They are reasonably priced and have kitchen facilities and even a laundry! The one we stayed in was in walking distance of all the main sights of beautiful old Quebec and walkable to the railway and bus stations. The bus 800 that goes to the falls stops 50 meters always. Thank you.

Nous avons trouvé dans le lit superposé du bas plein de trucs comme vieille casquette, bouteilles de savons, bouchons pour les oreille et meme sur le meuble tele un restant de kleenex souillés. Les lits superposé sont selon mes enfants pas tres confortable par contre le lit principale lui est confortable. Il y avait beaucoup de Serviettes disponible dans notre chambre pour le sejour cest tres agreable. Endroit silencieux malgre mes appréhensions

Great spot to stay!

Everything was clean and well cared for. Good location for experiencing some good restaurants.

Apt very spacious, in a rejuvenating neighborhood. About 1 mile walk to downtown. Our A/C did not work the first night during the heatwave, but they fixed it the following morning. The paid parking lot was 2 blocks away $20 Canadian for over 4 hours--24 hours. There are steps to enter the building so consider this with large luggage. We would stay again.

Very roomy and clean

Great location, very clean and spacious. Few things to improve (coffee maker not working properly, no shelf in shower, instructions for parking not clear).
