Pleasant stay a basuc but clean room. Staff were attentive

Hotel familiar muy bien atendido. Solo tendrian que modificar el Chek in a partir 16hs es muy tarde.

Front door was extremely difficult to open, they need to change the door.

Extrememly noisy! Kept awake all night due to hearing talking and snoring from the adjacent. All noises from reception desk echo up the stairs to all the rooms.

For an old boutique hotel it was acceptable. The tiny shower was a challenge to wash in. And when they say “parking available” there is only one spot down a very narrow drive and you have to reserve the spot and pay $12 a day. A larger car than a compact SUV would be difficult to fit. The motion sensing lights in the hall could be set a little longer to give you time to get into the room. We didn’t pay for the breakfast, opting to walk a couple of minutes away for a less expensive one. There was no signage on the building with the name, just “hotel” in a position you had to look closely for. Overall, the stay was alright and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Overpriced for the room they offered. The room was very nice but not for 93 euro per night. Friendly staff at reception.

As it's name suggests, the hotel is charming. Great service, clean, boutique style hotel within walking distance (10 mins downhill) of city centre. Hotel car park was full but arrangements were kindly made for use of a nearby secure car park at hotel rate.Small cosy cafes nearby during the day.

The hotel is out of the center in a semi quiet place, but quaint, fully redone, the staff was nice. The breakfast was simple but sufficient. The only improvement is that they use a little too much perfume in the lobby.

Excellent property, very kind staff and perfect location.

1/ Having had to check out early, I found no one at the reception desk and the main entrance locked. I was concerned about catching my early morning train. I had to ring several before a clerk showed. That guests should be held prisoners until their bill is checked is unacceptable. 2/There was no hot water in my room in the first place; I had to be relocated after settling in...

This hotel is fine, nice clean basic room, in a good location within walking distance of main attractions the breakfast is good as well.

Bon séjour qui a quand même été terni par un parking inexistant qu'il fallait soi-disant réserver mais qui n'était pas visible et plein selon la réception. Aucun moyen de réservation ne nous était proposé. Un petit déjeuner un peu trop cher pour la prestation alors qu'un café est présent dans la rue à 2 pas de l'hôtel.

窓からの景色がサイコーでした。 玄関側からは想像出来ないくらい広々とした、中庭からつづく景色が見え、鳥の囀りが聞こえ、風が気持ちよかったです。 受付の方もフレンドリーで、部屋も清潔で気持ちよかったです。 ありがとうございました。

Super séjour avec un très bon accueil. Charmant c'est le bon qualificatif. Points négatifs: Literie pas à mon goût Manque de tablettes/patères dans la sdb Serrures par carte trop bruyantes surtout avec manque d'isolation

Excellent accueil avec de nombreux conseils pour découvrir la ville.

Chambre accueillante et chaleureuse, personnel disponible et attentionné. L'accès au centre-ville est aisé.
