Food and service was amazing! I just wish they had more entertainment but other than that amazing hotel. Also the beach is swim-able and amazing. Will definitely be back.

You can’t make reservations for dinner for your family but when you show up to have dinner they tell you they are all full and come back in 1.5- 2 hours. Unbelievable!!!! This happened to my party at least half of the 8 days we stayed there. They claim to have 5 restaurants but most of them close most nights and they tell you no reservations but most of the tables are empty when they tell you to come back in 2 hours. They food is mediocre at best… we will never go back to this resort.

Love the staff, the food, and the kids club for our twins (8). The property is clean, well maintained, and relaxing. The staff handled any question we had, and helped in any way they could. I can’t wait to go back!

We have always gone to Villa del Palmar, Los Arcos in Cabo, and we went to this one thinking it was the same, and unfortunately we realized it wasn't. The workers seem to be in a bad mood all the time. The patron, the girl who serves you, Michelle, treated us very badly, and one of the waiters told me that I am not the first to complain about this. Honestly, I wouldn't go back to this hotel, not a chance.

This property is wonderful. The staff (especially Luis who always helps with bags and is so kind) is exceptional!

We had an absolutely incredible stay at Villa de Palmar Flamingos!  It was myself, my wife and infant daughter.  I was worried based on some reviews I saw prior to my trip but from the moment we arrived it was a 10 out of 10.  The trip into the Puerto Vallarta airport and taxi to the resort was quick and easy.  The folks at reception kindly upgraded us from a studio to a one room bedroom and it was great for our family needs - not to mention the view of the resort and beach was breathtaking.  We also had a warm welcome from the reception team.  The pool and fellow guests were so friendly.  The beach water was refreshing.  Lastly, the food was incredible (which is rare to say about resorts) - we always left our meals satisfied.  More importantly, the staff at each of the restaurants were exceptional made our experience with their exceptional service and kind spirits.  I highly highly recommend it.

Drinks were eh very unprofessional just kinda mix some stiff drinks together , food was great poolside. Italian was great near the pool, but the service was so slow at private events it’s not worth it for weddings or parties but just fine for everything else

Great location/beach/pool. Great restaurants and wonderful restaurant staff. Pool-side service was too busy and hard to get a hold of, but the restaurants were easy to get seated/service. Check-in/check-out was painfully slow and frustrating, took nearly an hour to properly be credited for a spa discount that I had not been given at check-out. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Despite warnings about not being allowed to reserve pool chairs all were reserved w/ towels by early morning. Frustrating that staff never actually enforced their policy of removing towels after an hour. Overall good with just those few small issues.

Nice property and good stuff. Mostly very positive experience. Major negative- Having to sort out and sign checks/receipts based on the room number after every meal is very annoying. Not something I expected in all inclusive resort.

Excellent stay at the resort. Everything went great while staying at there from the start of the stay up until the last day! The food was incredible and there’s different restaurants to choose from that made it even better not having to eat from the same restaurant every day while we stayed there. All the waiters were so friendly and welcoming and especially Enrique at El Patron restaurant made the experience all that better! The vibe was so great for the whole family that we had a blast! The hotel had different entertainment events there almost every night that made the hotel stand out! Great place to have a vacation and relax!

My favourite part of staying here with our kids is we were able to enjoy all the a la carte dinner options since there are nonreservations required for any dinner option!
