The the stay was over all good. Breakfast was good. Customer services was great. The only complaint is the room wasn't that clean. Lamp shades had holes in them. Bathroomss had hair and other people's grime. The price of the room was great.

The fact that the fire alarms started going off around midnight and we were rushed out of our rooms yet we were never told what actually happened and then told we could go back to bed. That was it!!! Not to mention standing outside with no shoes or anything for around 30 minutes!! I understand if there was a fire but was it safe to go back inside? I understand accidents can happen and someone may have pulled the alarm but we should have at least been told. Needless to say.. we got no sleep!!

Bathroom was disgusting. Paint peeling off ceiling, moldings around floor cruddy filthy, caked up dirt in corners on flooring. Blood spatter on wall near sink, moldy around tub. Furniture was old and worn, appeared to be dirty. Sofa bed mattress covered with several, I’m assuming, urine stains. I stopped looking after that afraid of what else I might find. Noise level from interstate was high. No sound proof rooms.

The pool wasnt maintained at all so we couldn’t swim. But the breakfast was 10/10 and the rooms were very clean!
