Actually there are only two choices, awesome and unsatisfying. I chose unsatisfying because there was no other choice that I could express my dissatisfaction and I have shared it many times. Unable to access the key code in the hotel. After 30 minutes of going around Heathrow, the taxi driver was able to locate the hotel. Unfortunately, the door was locked and a note was inserted in the doorknob with the instruction that it could only be opened after accessing the code which accordingly sent through my email.There was no instruction in my email.
