Room OK, Breakfast OK, "Concierge" un professionnalisme - see my comment on check-in. In French said comment for her perusal, she badly needs some training.

The hotel was beautiful and the staff beyond helpful.. Location was perfect in a beautiful street close to the main square and walking distance to everything. But you must be aware that its a small city ad taxi service is limited... i had to walk to the hotel from the train station and also on my way back.. all the taxis.were fully booked.. 1.4 km not bad but.with a suitcase is not fun... this not the hotel's fault... but you must be aware (the same is i guess for all hotels)

The hotel is lovely and our dinner was excellent.

Unfortunately we arrived late on a Saturday. The parking lot situation was not explained clearly (free parking on the weekend) and we got a parking ticket on the Monday because we did not put money in the meter before 9:00 am. Otherwise it was a great stay! Alan was an amazing concierge!

Well located hotel in heart of Cognac. Parking an issue. Clean, well mantained hotel with pleasant multilingual reception staff. Food and restaurant staff numbers could be better.

Lovely welcome with friendly staff. Bistro cafe ambiance and seating disappointing. All a bit cold. It was too cold to enjoy the internal courtyard but it looked fantastic. No hotel parking but good public parking nearly. Excellent and quiet location nearby cafes, brasseries and restaurants. Comfortable and well decorated rooms.

We loved this hotel. If you really want to feel you are in France, this Belle Epoch hotel is for you. We arrived St Malo at 08.15 and driving very steadily arrived Cognac about four. Paid one hour parking right behind the hotel as only pay to five and then after nine. We had a lovely walk around Cognac, a drink in the bar and a simple but good meal. Breakfast was equally good. Staff throughout were friendly and helpful. Would recommend.

Charming old style building with modern rooms. It has a beautiful old courtyard restaurant with a selection of good food on offer and reasonably priced. The staff were very nice and very helpful and spoke very good English. Will definitely stay again if in the area.

Very beautiful property in the heart of downtown Cognac, right across the street from La Cognatheque and down the lock from a cluster of bars and restaurants.

Nice, beautiful French-style hotel located in the center of Cognac, it has a bar outside and also a nice restaurant. Public parking is located just 200m from the hotel. Highly recommended.

Beautiful decorated in a traditional french style. The hotel is in a closed to traffic street. Nice restaurant with a terrace. Very good option at Cognac, walking distance to EVERYTHING. Parking avaible close to the hotel.

Awesome place and awesome location right in the center of Cognac. Lovely surrounding area. The hotel is definitely and older building but that just adds to the charm. The room dude have some funny electrical stuff going on but other than that was clean and comfortable. You will have to walk a bit with your luggage to the front entrance from the alley , so might not be suitable for disabled individuals. Parking is a short <5 minute walk away. This place was great for the price, breakfast was delicious, would stay here again.
