Rooms are always clean and the hotel feels safe and quiet. We stay here every time we come to Quebec City by car with our toddler because we love the room set up. The closed bedroom is perfect for baby bedtime when parents want to stay up.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The location was perfect—close enough to everything I wanted to see, yet far enough away from the hustle and bustle to remain peaceful. It’s tucked in a quieter area, which allowed for a restful stay. One of the highlights was the hot tub, which was just amazing. It was clean, well-maintained, and the perfect way to unwind after a long day of exploring. The overall ambiance was relaxing, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a serene getaway with a prime location.

Super quiet with good accommodations.

Nice stay，my family enjoy the hot tub and sauna. The problem is the room is small，my leg hit the coner of the beds.

Clean hotel. Very long to check-in, and for check-out the invoice was not sent as asked. Good luck to get an uber or taxi for a ride.

The reason why we choose this hôtel was free breakfast, but when we checked in they told us this wasnt part on the booking. Very sad.

We couldn’t get there to experience it because of the blizzard conditions and roads closures. The hotel is refusing to refund us even though the driving conditions were life threatening.

Very very clean hotel. The rooms are nive and well decorated. The bed was very confortable and the linen we're warm (cold winter day). We did not use them but but the outdoor spa and sauna looked well maintained. The staff was very friendly, would definitely go there again. Even though we we close to snowmobile trails we almost didn't hear them.
