Bed was uncomfortable, shower was very low in pressure, very basic room

Great. 2nd time staying and I enjoyed my stay.

It so nice as always, it’s our favourite place to stay, the people are lovely and friendly, just overall very nice!

Rooms lovely, receptionist very professional stayed here numerous times. But food was a big let down this time for dinner, was overcooked, luke warm, none of us enjoyed it this time but the breakfast was amazing, lots of choice

You cannot beat this place for value what I paid. Restaurant rather crowded but what can you expect for the price of a nights stay.

Bit difficult trying to get through to the reception. Call kept dropping and no call back. Poor consideration of customers experience. Staff doing the cleaning in logde are friendly. Breakfast food not allowed to take to room from the nearby diner.

Average for a hotel chain, receptionist having argument with boyfriend on phone wasn't particularly professional

I've stayed here several times and the staff are always lovely, the rooms clean and it's quiet at night.

Wonderful and I have been back several times!

We stayed one night on a Saturday. We arrived late and were worried about the late checkout. Luckily, there was still someone at the desk and we had done the pre-check-in. The room was very clean and comfortable. We were travelling as a family of 4. Important to note that the bathroom doesn’t have a flexible shower hose but a fixed one. Not practical at all when trying to wash small kids.

Nice well presented room and a decent breakfast. Bar/restaurant attached was great too. All staff were lovely.

Wonderful staff. Clean room, well designed, good size. Close proximity to pub with restaurant and carvery.

The hotel was in a good location. Plenty of disabled spaces and room was adequate for our stay. Bed was not as comfortable as we'd hoped, Premier inn has more comfortable mattresses and the coffee facitiles were sparce for sugar and milk to make a drink in the morning, we managed to make half a cup as 2 tubes of sugar is not even a full 1 spoon of sugar. The evening we arrived after already checking in online, we were greeted or not as the case may be but an abrupt receptionist. Not someone i would expect at front of house. Customer service training would be a great add!

Always good at Springriver however this time we paid for an early check in and the room wasn’t ready! However we were offered another room but not what we had expected just makes you wonder if it’s worth paying for an early check in?

Great hotel , food in pub adjacent pretty poor carvery meat very dry every night

The staff couldn’t be more welcoming and friendly! Was so happy with the convenience of being near a Coop and the restaurant/bar nearby. Was able to have a delicious meal there one evening. The room was spacious, clean and well equipped with everything I needed. There wasn’t any noise from the other rooms apart from the doors slamming occasionally. The hotel in general was very quiet. Am definitely booking to stay here again whilst I am working in the area. Very happy!
