Clean and cozy villas. Well appointed. Friendly and available staff. We had a good stay.

Good customer service, my only suggestion would be for softer mattresses and bigger beds and to fumigate the outdoors due to mosquitoes or flying bugs specifically during late afternoons.

The guest service was Amazing from start to finish. The communication was awesome the moment I did my reservation. Very secure property and just a great atmosphere The locate is Perfect right by the lake and 5 minutes from central Panajachel.

It’s a beautiful setting that feels natural and safe.

Property is very nice, located right on the lakefront. However, we found a scorpion in one of the beds and the beds were very hard and the pillows lumpy. Also, since early Thursday morning, very loud music and singing from nearby church were very annoying.

Place was clean, very spacious rooms and excellent customer service. I will definitely got back again.

Great property, its a better fit for a family or a bigger group of friends. The main strip Santadel is far but you can get a tik tok for 5Q per person to take you there. Right by the lake, definitely recommend.

It is a little difficult to get to the hotel. The complex is very nice but it needs a swimming pool.

Las Villas son muy bonitas y muy bien mantenidas, la ubicación es en la orilla del lago y el personal muy atento. recomiendo Villas Jucanya para familias que quieran un lugar lindo para pasar unos día un Panajachel.
