Staff were friendly and accommodating. The cleaning staff was very good and the massages were amazing.

The property was gorgeous and very quiet. A beautiful bird woke us with its song each day. The bed was actually extremely comfortable and the staff was so attentive to everything we could need. Definitely loved the location as it was away from the city center and felt safe and quiet each night. Will be back for sure!

Beautiful property with incredibly friendly staff. There is a convenient tienda right next to the property, and the walk down to the main square is short and easy. The location felt perfect for exploring Antigua. The complimentary breakfast was fantastic, and the coffee is the perfect start for your adventure into the city. I will absolutely stay here again on my next visit.

Nice big room, very nice and friendly staff. Has good A/c. Great WiFi, was able to make a zoom call. Only thing was that the shower could’ve have been warmer. But great place overall highly recommend

The breakfast is small portion and the service is slow

They don't have parking, they charged me extra Q200 to park my car. I felt it like an extortion of the Hotel.

Super helpful staff. Charlene de Boys did a great job arranging transportation and making sure everything went well. Very comfortable room. V nice courtyard. A little far from town but that was also a benefit as town was noisier and more full of tourists

We stayed at Casa Faustina for a week, and what a wonderful experience it was! The property itself is stunning, with beautiful decoration that perfectly reflects the charm and style of Antigua. From the moment we arrived, we truly felt immersed in an authentic Antigua experience. I was working remotely during our stay, and the biggest surprise was the incredible internet connection — over half a gigabyte of bandwidth, even from the rooftop! It made working from Antigua not only possible but enjoyable. The staff were simply amazing. Monica, Glenda, José, Luis, Juan and everyone on the team made us feel like family from day one. Their attention to detail and genuine warmth made our stay extra special. Breakfasts were delicious, and the coffee was exceptional — a true highlight of every morning. The views from the terrace at 7 a.m., with the volcano in the distance, were unforgettable. The peaceful environment, just on the edge of Antigua’s center, gave us the perfect balance of quiet relaxation while still being close to everything. We cannot thank Casa Faustina enough for making our time in Antigua so memorable. Without a doubt, when we return to Antigua, we’ll be staying here again.
