Great resort, happy, enthusiastic staff, 24/7 support, welcome drink when checking in, water to bring when checking out, good food. My room forgot my phone at Que Toi Village. That afternoon, the resort contacted me again and sent transportation to the address I was staying at. 5 stars for the service of the staff here. If I have a chance, I will come back later.

The room is very clean, the staff is enthusiastic and friendly. When checking out, there is also fruit juice to bring along. The breakfast is extremely delicious and diverse.

The room is nice but because the garden is like that, there are a lot of insects, it's very far from the center, about 50km, so you can only stay at the resort to play. There are not many places to play in Song Cau town. If you want to go somewhere to eat or drink, ask the receptionist and they are very enthusiastic. The beach is not swimmable because this beach is surrounded by people raising seafood (the staff said so), so it's a bit of a pity, but the rest of the experience is quite ok.

The resort is small and pretty, the staff is very friendly. Our family had a welcome drink and when we checked out, the staff also prepared some water for us to take on the road. The breakfast buffet was especially delicious.

The hotel has nice and clean rooms. The staff are all enthusiastic and cute. Whenever they meet you, they always smile and greet happily with both adults and children. Fish porridge, fish noodles, yogurt and juices are all very delicious. The room had cookies and tangerines available, I was given extra juice, cakes and fruit. When I checked out, I was given extra juice for each member. I went in November and the price for a king bed room was about 1 million 37, the surcharge for a 9 year old child was 250. In my opinion, the price is very good compared to the quality of service. I really like this resort and will definitely come back. One point to note, the resort is located in Xuan Dai Bay, so it may not be ideal for a blue, white sand beach, the view is okay.

However, there are some minus points as follows: - The beach is dirty, cannot swim due to pollution from the surrounding shrimp rafts. Small swimming pool. It is recommended to make a garbage net around the guest's bathing area for swimming. - The resort is located right next to National Highway 1A, so when traveling in the internal road, you can hear the truck is very noisy. - The toilet spray nozzle was too strong to shoot everywhere. - When you leave the room, you have to pull out the power off card. New-style resorts no longer do this. In short, the room price is quite high, but you can't swim in the sea, so the quality is not suitable for the price.

My family had a wonderful and comfortable stay at Que Toi Village. The time I went at the beginning of the week, so there were not many guests staying, so the breakfast was on the menu instead of the buffet, but it was very flexible that I could freely order unlimited numbers. This is a plus and I feel very pleased with this flexible policy. The air here is fresh, decorated with many trees, so it's very cool. However, due to the proximity of water and many trees, the room has quite a few mosquitoes. Therefore, if you arrange more screens around the bed, you will be less worried, especially families with young children. The staff is very friendly, meeting the guests who are always interested in asking, and when I came back I also gave them fruit to eat along the way. Will come back here if there is a chance.
