Beautiful rural property. Each room being unique, choose carefully as to your personal preference for bath/ shower etc. Restaurant served a delicious dinner by an exemplary serveuse named Diana. Check out went smoothly even with some language difficulties. Walking distance, Just around the corner from Boussard domain where we had an excellent tasting amd purchased some lovely Chablis.

Such a delightful, comfortable hotel in a great location if you are travelling on the A6. Friendly, attentive staff and a most delicious dinner in the charming restaurant.

Such a beautiful and cozy rooms, I had an amazing rest there. Very clean and neatly organized areas. We also went to the restaurant and had a great time! They serve cutest breakfast ever! The only thing was missing is a Wi Fi so we had to look for a signal at the other side of the property. If you don’t plan to use WiFi the place is amazing!!!

This was our second trip here and still does not disappoint. Unique quirky rooms and beautiful setting together with the friendliness of the staff. Great place to visit. The food as always was exceptional. Can’t wait to go back again.

Great stay

We had a one night stay in a lovely room with a great dinner and breakfast. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The car park is locked and spacious. Surface is loose stones but there were 3 motorbikes present and appeared to handle the surface well. The car park is not covered. Close to the A6 motorway and close to Chablis and Noyers (possible attractions). We can recommend this Auberge highly.

We arrived to find the hotel shuttered. After about 30 minutes of doing laps and trying to call we reached the hotel by phone. They had been aware of our presence and opened the gate. We learned there would be no restaurant, at the hotel or in the town of Nitry (barr an awful grocery store with takeaway pizza). We also learned we would be the only people staying and were left a phone number in case of emergency as the hotel would be unmanned. We decided to leave as we werent comfortable staying alone in a big old rambling hotel. We requested a refund and have not had a response.

Everything was great! Room very clean and comfotable.It is very helpful that there is an excellent restaurant on site since Nitry is quite out of the way. Staff very accommodating. Would definitely recommend.

The most charming auberge spectacular renovation, clever decor. Delicious breakfast with plenty of local goodies.

A truly amazing place - Historic buildings, very warm and inviting rooms and with an excellent restaurant which has a wonderful wine list. Highly recommend.

We spent a wonderful night here after a long day’s driving. A beautiful old building wonderfully and sympathetically restored and modernised provided a simple but very comfortable en-suite room. We ate a fabulous meal in the hotel’s own restaurant Our car was kept in a secure compound on-site.

Beautiful property with an excellent Dinner, just of the Autoroute du Soleil. Full of character with very friendly staff. Certainly not your normal bland accommodation.

We found Auberge de la Beursaudiere 15 years ago while heading to the South of France, staying for less than 24hrs. WE NEVER FORGOT and finally returned for a week's stay 2 weeks ago. Serge, the owner, has a wonderful place to base yourself out of for a week of exploring Burgundy. The hotel is amazing, so romantic! It's like being in a little oasis. The staff is amazing and the morning breakfast, complete with soft boiled eggs, out of the oven croissants, fresh bread and cheeses make for a great way to start your day. The hotel's restaurant is icing on the cake, with fabulous service and food. The location, right off the A6, makes for an easy drive Dijon or Beaune. Comfortable day trips through medieval villages and rolling farmland will have you at the Abby Fontenay, Caves of Arcy-sur-Cure, Chablis and Chateau de Guedelon. If you are anywhere near Nitry, whether passing by or looking to explore Burgundy you will not go wrong with a stay at Auberge de la Beursaudiere!

Ich bin absolut zufrieden mit dem Zimmer, sehr speziell mit Liebe zum Detail und dem ganzen Ambiente. Auch mit dem Kellergewolbe, wo man einen Appetit nehmen konnte.

A lovely French experience.

if you're driving thru France, looking for "off-the-beaten-path" villages to visit, this is one right off route A6 about halfway between Paris and Lyon. The hotel is charmingly filled with antiques, and the restaurant is excellent.

Stop off on the way to the alps. Great place super food very unique hotel
