This place is always a choice of mine as affordable and keeps up a good cleanliness and space for single person traveler. Good space to work Good hospitality. But there is only one headache all the time, is the parking. There is no proper parking space outside or open air parking within walking distancd and need to buy service for Valet parking. So while waiting for Valet parking, the area that is need to parked for waiting ( as only one person is working at a time), my car nearly got summoned by police/ bandaraya for stopping my car while awaiting for Valet. Happened twice and this is busy area of the Jalan Tar. If something could fix this, that will be good Either have two Valet people working as so somebody at the time to inform needs for Valet service, second include in hotel rate for parking rather than paying at the counter again, or create a waiting area for to park the car while awaiting to do the check in and pay again for parking ( the whole process takes 20 minutes-30 minutes) If these can be addressed and changed, that would be good for choice for next subsequent stay.

I'd never stayed in the Chow Kit area before, but based on app reviews, I decided to choose the Hilton Garden Inn South initially because it was close to my conference venue. I unexpectedly found a bonus: it's close to the Chow Kit LRT; it's easy to find the Hop-on-Hop-off ticket counter; Bukit Nanas is just a short walk to the Twin Towers. Starting in the afternoon, there's a traditional market selling a variety of vegetables. I bought the lalapan (vegetables) I'd been missing (because I hadn't eaten them in a long time): petai (stems), jengkol (jengkol), and other vegetables. Then I bought pecel lele (lele pecel) on the street, bought a wrapped nasi padang (Padang rice), and enjoyed durian for dessert. Yummi. This hotel offers all the access without having to travel far for culinary delights. I'd definitely return with my family and recommend this hotel to friends if I had no other preferences. One more thing: the staff are Indonesian, and they're very pleasant. Thanks, Raphael, for your help.

The room for 1 guest, very comfortable for me, bed also nice and bathroom space big enough and I love it, clean also... There is an iron too... So nice, and the place is near the monorail station (Chow Kit MR 10), 7 minutes to the hotel, and outside the hotel area there are many restaurants, rumah makan padang, nasi kandar, etc.

I use to stay here whenever I come to Kuala lumpur, during mco I stay at Hilton garden for 2 months when there's not much guess. this time i stay at Hilton for 2nights. because i come down to KL for medical check up. DISAPPOINTED with the dark blue colour uniform security. I was sitting at the 1st floor and there are 3 more girls. But the security didn't questions that 3girls because they are Caucasian and im Indonesian. he look down on me and asking me why im sitting here what am i doing here for what im sitting here. with unfriendly tones. and than whenever come in or out white colour uniform security also don't even bother to open the door for me event that I bring many things But for others they will help to carry the bags and open the door smiling at them. I dont mind for that because i still have enough energy to carry my bags But please I come here stay not for free why cant you just treat me the same like other's. why cant i sitdown at the first floor when others can. is really sad u know i come every 2months and use to stay at this hotel.

Location good, cleanliness okay, but air conditioner not cold and cannot sleep at night because the room is hot. But check-in time is too late, 3 p.m., and check-out by 12 noon.

Pro: - Check-in and check-out were fast. Easy to find places to eat surrounding the hotel. No car park, but the valet system is acceptable. Cons: - Quite long to wait for the lift if you are waiting on the ground floor. Somehow, the lift got a puddle of water from people using the swimming pool.

I like staying here because it's clean, the facilities are complete, there's a money storage box, large bottles of shampoo and other things, there's a hair dryer, an iron. The top floor has a view of the twin towers plus the food is delicious.

We've checked in half past 2 in the morning and were warmly welcomed by the receptionist. All the hotel staff were so helpful throughout our stay. The room was really nice and comfortable; the view from our room was also great! We'll surely book this hotel when we visit Kuala Lumpur again!

Positive side: strategic location, standard facilities and according to photos. You can request a room with a view of the Twin Tower and KL Tower. Food is quite good but lacks menu variety for Indian food. I love the coffee. Minus side: only one FO staff so it's slow, room telephone doesn't work, pool is only for adults, no children's pool.
