Staying here overnight was awesome, really family-friendly, and the receptionist was super nice.

There was an issue with the heater and the room was very cold. I changed rooms after alerting the staff, who were slow in responding, I had to go down and ask for it. I was late to a meeting I had because of this. I first had a room with a balcony and ended up with another without one.
