Location far from city center, kinda secluded in a wealthy area without any 24-hour dining, fast food, or kiosk. So if you check in late, better be ready with water and food. We checked in late and there's no available room service for the restaurant, which is weird for a 5-star hotel.

do not book a One Bedroom Sea View room type because there is no Sea View, only a regular city view. When I first arrived I was disappointed. The hotel offered me a room change. I chose the Studio Premier type with Sea View. Although the room price is cheaper, Alhamdulillah it was replaced with Breakfast during the stay. Thank you Izak, the male staff who handled it well.

The lifts are not good. It beeped and stopped at every floor during check out rush hour. Someone had to step out and get back at every floor.

Hotel is nice and clean however there are some minor defects in the room that need to be fixed. These didn't affect us but I feel that some attention should be paid on for a 5 stars hotel. In general, is a pleasant stay for just one night.

When I book the hotel, I set the condition for 2 adults & 2 kids, so I was expect the room is book for 4 persons, but found out the room booked only got 1 super king size bed which is not enough for 4 persons. Then during booking, the web site mentioned the room include breakfast, but found out the breakfast only for 2 persons during check in.

Hotel bagus, fasilitas oke tapi pelayanan sangat buruk. Waktu check in cukup lama, pelayanan tanpa greeting tanpa basa basi sekelas hotel bintang 5 tapi serasa belanja di pasar. Meja sarapan semua berantakan sampai harus dibereskan sendiri. Sungguh pelayanan terburuk.

Relaxing stay. Design-centric living space suitable for leisure and work. Spacious rooms with good views. Comfortable beddings as expected of Fraser brand. Good spread of food for buffet at Swatches Restaurant. Very good service. Hard Rock Cafe is just beside. Bicycles are available for loan for exercising.

Booked a studio premier. Given 14th floor. Friendly staff. Great view. Huge bathtubs (look small but has thin walls so is in reality huge!) and rain shower. Beautiful views from the room. Docking station in room was faulty. Breakfast OK. Swimming pool feels a little under maintained. And not many channels on TV. Gym was good.
